I have fed on God's faithfulness, so now blessings overflow

Deacon Sunik Kim (2-8th Parish, Working for Women & Children Policy Bureau of the Seoul Metropolitan Government) I am in charge of various women's events and policy at the Women & Children Policy Bureau of the Seoul Metropolitan Government. Last year my life was filled with the great love of God. Anybody who works in the governmental organizations wants to be awarded the plaque of an exemplary official. I was awarded it this year and will receive its bonus every month for 3 years. I was reported as a male official serving women on the page 3 of The Women's News. I give all glory to God. When I started this year, 2005, I determined to be faithful to all God's house as said in Matthew 5:14, "You are the light for the world." I tried my best to understand and have peace with fellow workers and seniors with the Lord's heart and live an exemplary life. Finally I was recognized as a faithful official. When I coordinated various women's events including Women's Marathon sponsored by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Special Education for Field Women Leaders and other celebration events sponsored by "Weekly Woman", I planned them in prayer and prepared for detailed things. Each time I left everything to God through prayers, I came to be recognized and glorified God. Then, He has let us meet with no error and no mistakes. I gained good points both in my job evaluation score and sociality in our company, an advancement opportunity was given to me also. I will glorify God by living by the word of God, fully play the role for the light and salt of the world and make a bright global village. Hallelujah!

Since the word of life fills my heart, everyday I am happy and joyous

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." (Matthew 5:16) Deaconess Heeryoung Lee (5-21st Parish, 1-1 Women's Mission) My soul was hungry and my body was sick In 2001, I traveled to Tokyo to help my husband with his business, and went to a church in the Shinokubo area where some Koreans attended. At the church, I saw the ministering pastor dedicating all his life to its members and them loving and serving each other, and through them I experienced the warm love I had not yet tasted. I was so happy in my church life, and although it took 40 minutes for me to go there from my home by train, I visited my church three or four times a day when I felt tired. I never felt uncomfortable at it but was joyful just at going to my church. A year later I came back to Korea and visited the church I had attended before I went to Japan. It was not easy for me to readjust to that church and the grace did not come on me from above. I felt more exhausted day by day. Meanwhile, I tried a few businesses, but failed in all of them and suffered some losses. I felt sorry for my family. I could not sleep properly and was overstressed. Finally, due to the aftereffects of a weak heart condition, my left hand became paralyzed. I suffered from mental depression and a feminine bleeding disorder. Guided at Manmin Joong-ang Church I searched for many churches where I could solve my problems, but my confusion was not quenched. In the May of 2005, a good-and-healthy-looking gentleman and a woman stopped at my shop, and I asked him, "Are you a pastor?" said he, "I am Pastor Yunsun Ko serving Manmin Joong-ang Church." They dropped in my store on the way to visit a parish member of theirs. I served them a cup of cold beverage and talked with them for a moment. While talking I felt easy in my heart. That pastor told me he wanted to pray for me with a handkerchief the Senior Pastor of his church had laid his hands on. I accepted it because I had been fatigued in heart and body, and when he prayed for me, I shed tears. He explained to me about Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee and his church Manmin Joong-ang Church. Later I went to a local sanctuary in Icheon that they told me about, and when I first watched Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee's bright face on a satellite TV there, my heart began to throb. My Christian life became exciting again. I began to pray and cry. When I heard of Rev. Dr. Lee and God's powerful works performed through him in the name of Jesus Christ, I felt every kind of tiredness and loneliness going away. Healed of paralysis on the left hand, blood discharge, and mental depression On June 9, I registered at Manmin Joong-ang Church and while listening to the messages during the Friday All-night service, the Sunday Morning, and the Afternoon service, I felt his messages were sweeter than honey, than honey from the comb (Psalm 19:10). I read his testimonial memoirs "Tasting Eternal Life before Death" and heard the audio tapes of his sermon "The Message of the Cross" "Spirit Soul and Body" and "The Measure of Faith." It was very powerful and touching to me. I repeatedly studied the sermon scripts of the past Sunday morning service, and read one chapter of the Bible and memorized one verse from it every day. In addition, I attended Daniel prayer meeting every night. It was not long before I visited Rev. Dr. Lee so that I would be healed of the paralysis of my left hand, blood discharge, and mental depression. I prepared an offering and wrote my prayer points down on the offering envelope. When I went out of my home, God gave me the assurance of my healing. Rev. Dr. Lee laid his hand on me and prayed for me, "Let her be healed of the left hand, bleeding, and mental depression!" At that moment I became certain that I would be healed and my heart became filled with joy. All the symptoms were gone! Hallelujah! Preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to my kinsmen Thus, my life became renewed through the word of God and miraculous healing and I was strongly urged to testify to the living God I had met. I began to pray for it, and I first evangelized my younger sister Mrs. Heeja Lee and then preached the gospel to my husband. I said to him, "The church I am attending is as good and full of love and powerful messages as that church we used to attend in Japan. Additionally, many powerful works have happened there." One day my husband sprained his ankle, and was going to go to the hospital. That day our parish pastor Rev. Yunsun Ko visited him and prayed for him with the handkerchief Rev. Dr. Lee had prayed on. On the spot he was healed and soon registered at Manmin Joong-ang Church because he himself experienced the power of God. In addition, I prayed for my husband's family and gave them Rev. Dr. Lee's testimonial book "Tasting Eternal Life before Death" and his serial sermon audio tapes "The Message of the Cross." My father-in-law did not seem to receive it well, but left it behind. A few months later something surprising happened to him. He read that book and rejoiced, saying, "This person is very wise concerning the Bible! Where is this person?" At last he and his wife registered at Manmin church on July 24th. Evangelizing 12 people and receiving overflowing blessings I began to pray for my neighbors living in the same apartment and distributed Manmin Joong-ang News to them wishing for them to meet the living God. God gave me a burning passion for them and led me to those who were to be evangelized. At a bus stop I met a woman who had suffered from asthma and many other diseases for more than 10 years. I went with her to my church's Friday all-night service. She received Rev. Dr. Lee's prayer from the podium at the service and was healed of asthma and back pains. Afterwards I invited my neighbors to my house and served them cake and some children's clothes. I was able to introduce to them the living God I had met. As a result, I was able to evangelize 12 people that year. My wife and I had not given God the whole tithes until then. We learned about the tithe and gave God all the whole tithe. On April 27, 2005, we gave a special offering for the floral decoration on the altar for the anniversary of our joining Icheon local sanctuary. After that my total income from my vending machines installed locally soon doubled. My husband was in a kitchen articles business and orders began to flood in. He received Rev. Dr. Lee's prayer on July 1, and then succeeded in inventing a newly develop utensil and won the patent for it. Hallelujah! I give all thanks and glory to God the Father and give thanks to Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee who has prayed with all his sincerity so as not to lose a single of soul.

Deaconess Yoomi Kim (4-13th Parish, 1-2nd Women's Mission) In early May, I sent my three-year-old daughter to her grandmother's home. From that time on, she felt itchy on and scratched her hip and jaw possibly because her environment suddenly changed. The parts she had scratched with her hands began to ooze liquid and blood. About two weeks later she came back home and was found to have a 2.5 centimeter blister between her jaw and breast. It grew bigger and bigger and continued to ooze. Finally it radiated to neck, breast, legs, and folded parts. The doctor said my daughter had an atopic dermatitis and was stricken with infectious impetigo, and it might spread. She had never taken medicine until then but had always been healthy. I felt the pain just seeing her pain and crying. At that time I was reminded of the word saying that a child's disease frequently comes from the fault of the parents. I looked back at my life and repented that I had been negligent in praying after we gave birth to the second son and not worshiped God in spirit and truth. On the 23rd of May, my husband and I took her to Rev. Dr. Lee and he felt so sorry and earnestly prayed for her with laying his hand on her. We felt the tender and peaceful hands of our Father through him, and next morning we found the dirty water had dried up and all affected parts were covered with scabs. That evening those scabs began to fall off. And all the affected parts below the navel were covered with scabs. It was so surprising and mysterious! Three or four days later scabs had completely fallen off and she was healed.

Deacon Dongpyo Chun (Men's Mission leader of Wonjoo Manmin Church, Representative of Jeonkook Trans) In the midst of a meaningless life I felt spiritual thirst In 1986, I married Minyeo and lived a comfortable life. But it was not long before, as a truck driver, I was addicted to drinking and gambling and not interested in my home. It led to frequent quarrels with my wife. Fortunately we avoided divorce, but our marriage only existed from day by day without love and trust. In 1991, 5 years later, I worked at a transportation company for house-moving affiliated with the US Army. We moved into the Osan area. There I met many Christians and began to live a Christian life because I just felt exhausted. My wife and I tried to live according to the word of God and my home became peaceful. Afterwards God's grace came upon my heart and I began to feel so hungry for spiritual messages and curious about many things about the Bible. So, we attended as many revival meetings and divine healing meetings as we were able, but everything was to no avail. Tasting the spiritual realm at Manmin Joong-ang Church In the early 1997, Deaconess Myongja Cho took me to Manmin Joong-ang Church and when I entered its main sanctuary, I felt as if I were in the kingdom of heaven. I watched many of the church members singing praises to God with bright and beautiful smiles and my heart was flooded with indescribable emotion. Through the messages of the Senior Pastor, Rev. Dr. Lee, I realized how foolish my life had been. Listening to Rev. Dr. Lee's sermon tapes including "The Message of the Cross" "The Measure of Faith" and "Spirit, Soul and Body" I was greatly delighted in tasting the spiritual realm. I thought he is so trustworthy to be able to preach those wonderful messages. I came to love him as my shepherd little by little. Though I lived in the Pyongtaek City, I tried to come to Seoul and attend the service at the main sanctuary because I wanted to see him in person just once more. The gate of the gospel was opened to my hometown At that time I purchased a truck and ran a moving company on my own. Deaconess Cho advised me to move to the Wonjoo City, next to my hometown, and to give a help in establishing a branch church in that city. She had prayed to God to spread the holiness gospel to all of Kang-won Province, and seeing my wife and me leading a successful life in Christ for a long time, she suggested. We were touched by her love for the souls and willingly accepted her suggestion in hopes to repay the grace of our Lord. I had no reason to reject it because it would bring me better opportunity to be nearer to Rev. Dr. Lee's messages. We began to pray for our new house where we should live in that city, and God showed a good one in my wife's dream. When we went to that city, we found a good, large house prepared for us. It had not been rented and was unoccupied for 3 months. Surprisingly the rental key money was the same amount we prepared. In the autumn of 1997, we moved to the Wonjoo City and prepared every detailed thing for founding a branch church attending each service, prayer meetings, various eventual festivals and education meetings. Founding Wonjoo Manmin Branch Church On the 2 nd of May, 1999, eight members had a church-opening service. Deacon Cho, my wife and I and other members shed many tears of emotion. I did not know whether I was in the body or not when a dreamlike goal came true. I was full of the Holy Spirit. The 7 th Two-week Special Revival Meeting with Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee took place and we attended it through the Internet. How thankful and joyful it was to hear the words of life in Wonjoo City! But during the revival something else unexpected happened. A Korean broadcasting station wrongfully broadcasted a program about our church that was not true. Members of Wonjoo Manmin church pasted revival posters on the gates of our homes and publicized our church and Rev. Dr. Lee. We tried our best to announce the revival meeting and help the central church regardless of the confusion and embarrassment. It was beautiful! A few months later a simultaneous satellite broadcast system was installed at the church. We could attend real time services from the main sanctuaries of Manmin Joong-ang Church in our church. We were very joyful and thankful to be able to see the Senor Pastor Lee's face and hear his messages. We have overcome all kinds of trials with the loving care and prayer of Senior Pastor Lee, and each time, God sent good workers to us and let us manage our church properly. Blessing came upon my home and business God saw our deeds of faith and opened a gate for our blessing. A moving company is very busy on Sundays because many people try to move on Sunday, so it's not easy to close moving companies on Sundays. But when I told my clients I would not open my company on Sunday, they praised my company saying it was trustworthy and changed their moving dates from Sunday to other days. In addition, when we followed the right way in everything, our tithes increased. We didn't request high moving fees but rather tried to serve and accommodate our clients according to their living standard and moved any piece of luggage safely and properly. As a result, my company was well spoken of by many people and orders were flooding in. At first, when we started out as a moving company, we gave a tithe of 2 or 3 hundred-thousand Won (2 or 3 hundred US dollars), but later we gave the tithe of 3 million Won (3 thousand US dollars). A moving company will sometimes meet various unexpected accidents, but because we start our job by receiving the prayer of Rev. Dr. Lee on an audio tape every day, we have been completely protected from any accidents. We walked in the right way and blessings have come upon our company. As our souls are getting along well, everything is successful and we enjoy good health. Through the prayers of Senior Pastor Lee my wife was completely healed of back pain, dust allergies, chronic fatigue, and 12-year pains in both her hands and feet. I give all thanks and glory to God the Father who has led and blessed us to this day and give real thanks to Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee for teaching us with the words of life.

Brother Hanyoung Lee (4-13 th Parish, 2 nd Canaan Mission / Working at the Headline Telecommunication) Suffering from tetanic spondylitis, a rare disease In the winter of 1995, in my high school days, I had an acute pain in the left elbow and the following year the pain rapidly radiated to my spine. "This is a rare disease. Tetanic spondylitis!" Tetanic spondylitis causes muscles and joints around the spine to become stiffened and finally even the spine becomes hardened like a pole of bamboo. An operation was impossible. I did my best to relieve pains with medications and physical therapy. I had to quit going to school a couple of times. I was also exempted from military service. Afterwards I got a job but I was not able to live a normal life because of intermittent back pain. In early April of 2004, I overstressed while working too hard and developed back pain. Finally, my spinal bones stiffened, my appetite dwindled away, and I didn't get enough sleep. Without pain-killers I could not live and it was not long before I started rapidly losing weight. I had tremendous difficulty just stepping from one foot to the other. Guided at Manmin Joong-ang Church through Manmin Joong-ang News One day during the winter of 2004, my mother found a folded church newspaper placed in front of the entrance of my house. She caught a glimmer of light and hope after she read about the miraculous healing cases performed through Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee. She thought to herself, "Yes! If we attend this church, my son will be healed!" My mother had always been worried about my disease. She called the church and went to visit there. As soon as she entered its sanctuary, she was very touched at the sight of members of that church. She witnessed God's powerful works and heard the message filled with life and power. She registered at the church. That day she recovered good eyesight and she began to clearly see objects far from her. Then, I followed her example and registered at Manmin Joong-ang Church. Rev. Dr. Lee's messages were so powerful that they changed my life. I was reminded that I had enjoyed the worldly things with friends and complained to my mother while I was ill in bed. I repented of all my past sins. Since then, my life was changed remarkably, and my disorganized life style and distracting words and behaviors were all gone. Through the powerful prayer of handkerchief Listening to the words of life and praying continually, I ran toward heaven every day and my heart was filled with thanks and joy. My mother attributed my disease to her fault and began to pray to God with fasting. In the March of 2005, Rev. Sooyoul Jo visited my house and testified to the powerful works of God manifested through Rev. Dr. Lee. Then, he laid the handkerchief on which Rev. Dr. Lee had prayed on me, and he prayed saying, "Father God, let him be clean. Heal him completely." I felt a thrilling, cold, but comfortable feeling all over my body. After I received the handkerchief prayer, I threw away all medicines and did not go the hospital any more for medications. All pains were gone and I began to walk and run normally A few days later when I woke up I found something completely unexpected. My whole body became light and all the pains on my spine were gone. Furthermore, I came to walk properly and freely. With the passing of time I gained more than 10 kg of weight and was able to live a normal life and at my office working. When I walk down the stairs it is with a light step as if I had never fallen ill, my mother shed tears with deep thanks to God who healed me. I give all thanks and glory to God and I give thanks to Rev. Dr. Lee who has planted the faith into us with the words of life and power and led us to the way of blessing and answers.

I can't forget the last summer camp where I recovered my first love for the Lord

Deacon Heeyong Kwak (1-2 nd Parish, 1-1 st Men's Mission / Inc. Co. Dream Eye) I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior in my college days, but gradually compromised with the world and finally didn't attend the service on the Lord's Days. In the July of 2003, I was guided to Manmin Joong-ang Church by a friend of mine and there I gained spiritual and living faith through the life-filled messages and powerful works confirming the messages. Then, true peace and happiness overflowed in my life. One day I heard at church that a 4-day summer camp would take place from August 4 th . I hoped that I could join the summer camp and recover my first love for the Lord. But in fact it seemed that my company's situation was not going to permit me to go there at all. My department had to prepare for the financial data reports and send them in to the Financial Supervisory Service, so none of leaders and staff could take summer leave till August 15 th. But I was so eager for my church's summer camp that I received Rev. Dr. Lee's prayer for the sick for my heart's desire at the Sunday worship service and courageously asked for an appointment with executive director. I asked him, "Sir, I will surely finish my task by the 2 nd of August. So, please let me take leave on the 3 rd ." "What? Really? OK! Go ahead!" I exclaimed. Unexpectedly but willingly he permitted me to take the leave. I gave up going home and concentrated on my task going to office and stayed at a rest house. I had finished my task on August 2, and on the next day I joined summer camp. When I attended the spiritual education program and the prayer meeting at the summer camp, I repented of my past sinful days in the midst of many young adults and became full of the Holy Spirit. And I was amazed to hear of miraculous healings. Various events including praising contests, performing arts festivals, sports games, and the camp fire all followed, and we sang praises to the Lord and had happy fellowship. My job was on computer programs and I had usually enjoyed playing computer games. It was so much that I felt serious pains in my right shoulder. I ached when somebody touched it. On the third day of the summer camp, Mrs. Boknim Lee, President of Manmin Prayer Center put her hand on my sore part of my right shoulder and prayed, and I felt the fire of the Holy Spirit scorching it and then all pains were gone. At the summer camp, I became renewed in spirit and recovered the first love for the Lord. After I finished vacation that meant so much to me, I was soon promoted. In the latter part of the year I was awarded the prize of "Exemplary Staff Member".

Dr. Paul Ponraj . Senior consultant cardiothoracic surgeon at a prominent hospital in Chennai . Director of WCDN India Born again through Rev. Billy Graham I was born and raised in a rich home of India and entered the College of Medicine at the University of Madras. After the graduation from the university, I married Jayasri, an ophthalmologist and flew to the United Kingdom for additional study. In 1986, I was attending the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. I was preparing for the qualification exam to become a surgeon. One day I participated in the crusade conducted by Rev. Billy Graham and was born again there. Witnessing the power of God at the 2002 India Crusade In the October of 2002, the Miracle Healing Prayer Festival with Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee took place at the Marina Beach, Chennai of India, and I watched it on TV with my family. The Tamil praises of Korean Praise Teams were very touching to me and we were surprised at that enormous attendance. The messages preached by Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee were very easy and clear to understand. But, when a lot of people threw away their crutches, the deaf came to hear and the mute began to speak through his prayer for the sick, we were shocked. Watching that meeting on TV, I found that in the same way Acts 19:11-12 tells us that handkerchiefs that had touched Paul were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured, a number of healings have happened through the handkerchiefs Rev. Dr. Lee had laid his hand on in prayer. Experiencing amazing works transcending medicine After 2002 Miracle Healing Prayer Festival, I sent handkerchiefs to Rev. Dr. Lee in Korea, and asked him to pray on them. I came to experience the living God who answers to our prayers and heals us through the handkerchiefs. An 80-year-old businessman, living in Chennai, had to depend on an artificial heart pumping controller for 20 years, and had an operation. Because he was too old, the result of surgery was not good and he did not seem to get well. I put the handkerchief on him and earnestly prayed for him with faith. To my surprise, in a very short time, he recovered his health and threw away that artificial heart pumping controller. In the January of 2004, a man who was in need of a coronary artery bypass surgery was brought to me, and I immediately began the surgery since it was a simple, straightforward bypass graft surgery that did not require a cardiopulmonary pump. As I was sealing the patient's chest, his condition became critical all of a sudden as his electrocardiogram became abnormal and his blood pressure plummeted. I made various efforst to recocer him in vain, and I thought I shodul declare he was almost dead. But relying on God, I knelt down on the ground and prayed to God with the handkerchief Rev. Dr. Lee had prayed on in my hands. Suddenly the patient's condition had turned completely for the better and his electrocardiogram had become normal. Hallelujha! Visiting Manmin Joong-ang Church Through this experience, I came to trust the power of Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee and began to preach the gospel and testified to the living God to my patients with courage and confidence. In the May of 2004, my wife and I flew to Korea to attend the 12 th Two-week Special Revival Meeting of Manmin Joong-ang Church, and we witnessed amazing works of God's power. After that revival, we participated in the 1 st International Christian Medical Conference, and I presented the miracle I had experienced with medical data there. How thankful and joyful I was to find the establishing of a Christian doctors' network that testifies to divine healings supported with medical data. My eldest son Samuel sat for entrance exam for the medical college, but his points was less than requested for that college. So, I asked Rev. Dr. Lee to pray for his success. On July 31, 2004, my son and I attended the Friday All-night Service on the Internet at Chennai Manmin Church and received his prayer with faith. On August 18, 2004, my son received the notification of passing the Father Muller Medical College, in Bangalore of Karnataka. Preparing for the 2 nd International Christian Medical Conference This past September we decided to hold the 2 nd International Christian Medical Conference in India during the coming May of 2005. At first I had no idea how we should prepare for the 2 nd conference because I had never seen a conference dealing with presentations of divine healings performed by the power of God! I left everything to God in prayer and proceeded with each every task with Pastors Joseph Han and Sanghui Kim. Then, everything went along well. George M. Chandy, Director of the Christian Medical College, Vellore of India and Rev. Dr. John Joseph, a prominent evangelist and prophet serving in southern India promised to present the opening address and the preaching respectively. And, Dr. David Prentice, Ph.D., renown Senior Fellow for life sciences at Family Research Council- a Washington D.C.based think tank who is also an affiliated scholar for the Center for Clinical Bioethics, Georgetown University Medical Center, was invited to give an special speech about today's controversial topics, including stem cell research, cloning and euthanasia. I became assured that the Holy Spirit Himself was leading this conference. Wishing to become a medical messenger of the gospel On the 30 th and 31 st of May, the 2 nd conference was kicked off and it brought about 500 physicians from 11 countries. Until then most of medical conferences dealt with medical ethics and medical mission, but the first medical conference dealing with divine healings was now being held. The miraculous healings that were presented included the healing of ruptured bones, the limpness, and many other cases. Many surgeons and physicians confessed they gained satisfactory answer in their hearts through presentations of miraculous healings. They also showed expectations about the future and vision of WCDN. Through this 2 nd conference, my long-timed desire was given that I had wanted to become a medical messenger to testify to the living God like St. Luke. "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it." (Malachi 3:10) Deacon Haengchul Shin (Representative of Central Brain, 4-15 th Parish, 2-3 Men's Mission) I claimed to believe in God but loved the world I claimed to believe in God, but I didn't rely on Him but was well accustomed to drinking and smoking. I suffered from high blood pressure and stomach aches and was stricken from hearing difficulty because I listened to heavy metal music to overcome stress. My mental depression caused troubles and pains to my family for about 6 years and my 10-year old plastic- distributing business had barely improved. After recruiting a woman who sends out the aroma of Christ However, God gave me the light of love. After I recruited Ms. Seolhyun Na who attended Manmin Joong-ang Church in 2001, God has led me to the way of blessing. She had bright and smiling appearance and was full of confidence. She was not good only at counseling customers on company products, but at wrapping, relocating and stocking heavy items as well. When I watched her living by the word of God, I was touched in my heart and considered her deeds as the real Christian life. I was sometimes challenged by her life, but comforted myself saying to her, "The minimum Christian life is enough to get by with." She preached the message of Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee to me and was proud that she was a member of Manmin Joong-ang Church. She introduced to me miracles of circular rainbows, Muan Sweet Water, and divine healing, and I became curious about the church. Registering at Manmin Joong-ang Church and my renewed life In the early November of 2002, I attended the Friday All-night service of Manmin Joong-ang church for the first time. When I passed through the gate of the sanctuary, my heart was strongly touched at the holy picture of Jesus' Return and spiritual praises that rang my soul, and when I heard the message preached by Rev. Dr. Lee, I realized how people can be seized by the word of God. That's why I brought my wife and daughters to the church on the following Sunday and had them register at the church. I was so moved at the testimonial memoirs of Rev. Dr. Lee "Tasting Eternal Life Before Death" and I have written notes down while listening to his messages. I was determined to live a real Christian life looking at God alone. Experiencing the work of God To my great amazement, I was able to not only stop drinking and smoking instantly but I also threw away all the discs of heavy metal music I had used to enjoy. I had been doubtful of people smiling due to my mental depression before, but I was healed of that disease and my home became bright and happy. My mother was delighted with my healing and confessed her thanks to God for healing her son. Enjoying the happiness and joy of a good Christian life, I became healed of other diseases including high blood pressure, stomach aches and pain in my shoulders. In addition, I have been given such a few important tasks from the church as a member of Shalom Choir, a group leader of 2-3 rd Men's Mission, a financial director of Sunday Children's School, a cell leader of 4-15 th Parish, and have been faithful to those God-given duties. After I began to give the whole tithe Deaconess Seolhyn Na felt sorry for me because I managed my company with faithfulness and served the church with sincerity, but I had not received much blessing. One day through her, I realized the whole tithe is not a tenth of the amount of my income excluding labor wages and necessary expenses but a tenth of the total amount of income, and the reason that God's blessing was slower than expected. Later when she advised me to visit Rev. Dr. Lee and receive his prayer of blessing, my wife and I agreed to her suggestion. First of all, I gave the whole tithe to God and prepared for some offerings to visit him the last March. When he read my business notebook, he first asked me, "Have you given the tithes of one million won (US $ 1,000) a month?" I honestly answered, "No, I have not." Then, he said to me, "It is very sorrowful thing for you not to give the proper amount of tithe, isn't it?" I felt sorry in my heart. But I was very thankful for him letting me know exactly what the problem was in my Christian life. Instantly, I felt that I was about to shed tears. When I gave the tithe for the expired installment savings and the whole tithe for the total amount of my income in April after receiving the prayer of Rev. Dr. Lee, God's blessing began to pour down on me. What a long time the Father has wanted to give me blessing but had to wait until I came to give the whole tithe! God was unfailingly faithful. It was after I gave the whole tithe when every kind of problem in my business was solved, unexpected orders arrived, and the billings were paid immediately. The total income of May had doubled over that in April. My life is full of the love and blessing of God I have tried my best to live according to the word of God in humility, so that my religious life has been upgraded; my heart is filled with joy and happiness and I have confidence in everything. In addition, when I testified to the living God I had met, Mr. Sesup Chun, general manager of our company, and his family registered at Manmin Joong-ang Church. Likewise, through Deaconess Seolhyun Na who spread the aroma of Christ, three families including mine were guided to this church and came to take pleasure in living a real Christian life.

Meeting Rev. Jaerock Lee has been an once-in-a-lifetime fortune and blessing

Vicente Diaz Arce (67, entrepreneur) I was born in 1938 in Peru and raised by my mother after my father passed away when I was 5. After finishing middle school and in the year in which I turned 17, I moved to the capital city of Lima and began my life as a street trader. Three years later, I started up a small clothing store called "Casa Majorista Vision" (A House with the Biggest Dream) in the Kamara region, which was at the time like a wasteland. In hopes of achieving my childhood dream, I cultivated the store in honesty and gave relief to the less fortunate. After establishing a firm basis even to be called the "founder of Kamara" Beginning in the 1970s, the Kamara region developed into Peru's largest commercial area. With my business' rapid growth, I was able to establish a firm basis there so that people even began calling me the "founder of Kamara." Soon afterwards, many entrepreneurs became jealous of me, and one particular entrepreneur who had holding in check one of the companies I supported, began to spread false rumors about me. Starting in 1990, he conspired with a television network and produced weekly broadcasts in which he accused me of tax evasion. I began to suffer from psychological, financial, social, and political pressure. In the end, I was stricken by the constant tremor in my hands, which spread to both of my legs. I had difficulty in walking while I also suffered from insomnia. Fortunately, one of my friends Rev. Andre Valencia visited me everyday, preached me the gospel, and prayed for me three times a day. As I saw my condition improve, I came to accept Jesus as my Savior. Devoting my life for Peru's evangelization Afterwards, I diligently spread the gospel and invested much of time in the effort to spread the good news. I prayed fervently for Peru's growth and development, for its president and Cabinet members, and for Peru's evangelization. Neither did I forget to give relief to the less fortunate. How happy and delighted I was to see the look on the faces of patients for whom I prayed, as they received the fire of the Holy Spirit and healing, and accepted the Lord! Transcending a variety of denominations, I was never hesitant to support churches in every way I could. I was disheartened to see some people misunderstand and disparage my deeds, but I never became stingy with prayer of love for them. I also prayed earnestly for huge revival of Peru's 7% Christian population, and constantly sought effective methods. Meeting with Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee In March 2004, I met with a Manmin mission team which had been sent to Peru to prepare for the Healing Crusade. I was thoroughly impressed with Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee's ministry and became certain that, 'This is the one who will evangelize Peru!' So I introduced the crusade to Ms. Rosa Graciela Yanarico Huanca, President of Peru's majority party "Peru Posible," and became involved with the TV broadcast of the crusade and publicity effort. Then in August 2004, my business partner brought charges against me based on false accusations and conspired with a judge – who produced a fake ruling – to have me imprisoned for three years. Immediately, the police began looking for me and the situation grew to a point where if I came across the police, I would be arrested on the spot. When I heard that Rev. Dr. Lee arrived in Peru on November 30, 2004, I had been confining myself at home. Yet, believing that everything would be resolved once I received his prayer, I went to meet him at a hotel he was staying. Experiencing an extraordinary miracle "Father God, may all his legal problems be resolved. May his business prosper! Bless this man so that he can work for his country Peru." On December 2, 2004 – two days after I received Rev. Dr. Lee's prayer – something truly miraculous took place. I received a letter, which said the police were no longer looking for me. When I delved into details, my case was reviewed by some other judge, who exposed that the charges against me had all been false and baseless. Hallelujah! I was able to attend "The Peru Healing Crusade"as God's wondrous blessings descended on Peru. By Rev. Dr. Lee's prayer of God's power, people suffering from many diseases including AIDS were healed, while countless others suffering from innate blindness, muteness, deafness, people who had been crippled, and many others received healing. A more amazing fact is that through this crusade, a strong wave of social and political transformation has struck Peru and the number of Peruvian Christians has greatly increased. Visiting Korea in our Lord's love I longed to meet with Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee again. So on Saturday, May 28, 2005, after a twenty-hour journey I arrived at the Incheon International Airport. Even though it was very early in the morning, I could feel our Lord's love through many Manmin members who had come to the airport to welcome me. That afternoon, I visited the "Manmin TV" headquarters, and I was astonished upon seeing the first-class broadcasting equipment and establishment and its professional staff. The following day on Sunday, May 29, I visited Manmin Joong-ang Church for the Sunday Service. When I embraced Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee, who had been waiting for me at the front of the sanctuary, I was so happy and moved and felt like I was embracing my own father. Unforgettable moments in Korea Bright and joyous faces of Manmin members, the performances of the choir and the Nissi Orchestra, and the magnificent sanctuary made me feel like I was in heaven. I could also feel the explosive work of the Holy Spirit as well as God's presence in the Sanctuary. Rev. Dr. Lee's sermon on "The Message of the Cross" was not only easy to fathom but also filled with life. After the Sunday Morning Service, I had lunch with Rev. Dr. Lee and shared blissful moments with him. Rev. Dr. Lee and I discussed the revival of Peru's Christianity since the 2004 Crusade, healing, protection, and blessings for people who had assisted with the proceedings for the crusade, and many other topics. For I had a favorable impression on just about anything related to Manmin Joong-ang Church, I attended the Sunday Evening Service and officially became a registered Manmin member. The congregation congratulated me with a very deafening applause! I could never forget that Sunday. Drinking Muan Sweet Water On May 31, I visited the site of Muan Sweet Water, which I had long desired to drink for a long, long time. When I arrived at Muan Manmin Church after seeing a circular rainbow throughout my ride to Muan, I personally experienced the work of the Living God as I drank Muan Sweet Water that had changed from sea water by Rev. Dr. Lee's prayer. Furthermore, in earnest hopes of renewing my spirit, soul, and body, I dipped myself seven times in Muan Sweet Water, just as Naaman had dipped himself in the Jordan River seven times. Through my visit to Korea, I could absolutely feel the deep love of our Lord that transcends nations and ethnicity. The visit was also a precious opportunity during which I learned that the evangelization of Christianity was the moving force behind any nation's development. I thank Manmin members for their warm welcome and hospitality and extend my love to Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee, who has looked after me with the love of a father. 1. Overflowing love and blessing of God into my upright pathway

Deacon Yongwook Park (Professor of Computer information department of Ulsan College, Southern Ulsan Manmin Church) In May 1995, I married Miss Heekyoung Son, teacher of an elementary school and at first we had to remain apart from each other during the week and meet on weekends because our working places were so far from each other. After my wife gave birth to our first daughter, she took maternity leave and we began to live together in Songtan City. We also began to attend a church through a Christian fellowship group in my company. My spiritual hunger guided me to Manmin Joong-ang Church I worked at a research institute for electronic parts. Almost every lunch hour I went to pray to God at the church around the corner from my company. Whenever I prayed to God at the remote sanctuary alone, I felt God held me in His tender arms and He listened to my prayers. Nonetheless, I had a spiritual desire for meeting God more deeply and thirst for the clear interpretation of hard-to–understand biblical verses. One day in September of 1996, I was guided to Manmin Joong-ang Church by Deaconess Myoungja Cho and I attended the Friday All-night service of the church. Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee's message full of life and strength and church members' prayers and praises overwhelmed me. My heart was filled with a great joy as if my heart were about to burst wide open. A few months later I was asked to start the doctoral course by a professor of Pusan National University and retired from the research center. In the February of 1997, I went to Ulsan City where my wife was working and registered at Ulsan Manmin Church. Sanctuary-building Offerings and my Prosperous Soul At that time Ulsan Manmin Church purchased a new site for the new sanctuary and began construction. My wife and I were very thankful for the grace of God who had led us to the church of life and gave the retirement pay as the sanctuary-building offering. God accepted this offering joyfully and added to my blessing day by day. Every morning and evening I drove my car for three hours between Ulsan and Pusan while listening to Rev. Dr. Lee's sermon audio tapes. In that way I built up spiritual knowledge. And I sometimes fasted in prayer. I felt my faith was growing daily. In the January of 1998, the people around me advised me to apply for the professor job of the Computer Information Department of Ulsan College. I heard after applying for it that most of the applicants were Pusan National University graduates and the Ulsan College administration bureau was about to recruit those who were from other colleges or universities for balanced selection. I was a little worried because I was a Pusan National University graduate, but every worship service I received the prayer of Rev. Dr. Lee broadcast via satellites about the desires of and my heart calmed down. Recruited as a professor of Ulsan College In the February of 1998, five school departments of Ulsan College announced the names of the five men who passed the recruiting test, but the Computer Engineering Department I had applied for postponed its announcement twice. A few days later it announced it. "Professor Yongwook Park! Congratulations!" My wife rejoiced, jumping up and down, when I told her about my recruitment, and many church members rejoiced in it also. With the announced result, I became certain that I had been recruited by the work of God. The Computer Engineering Department recruited two professors for two different fields; Course A and course B. In the course B there were many Pusan University graduates who applied, and finally an applicant who graduated from another university passed. I was chosen although in the course A there were many other universities graduates who applied and I graduated from Pusan University. My upright way was followed by overflowing blessing Two years later the reemployment time came. It was not easy to test and evaluate each professor with the same standards because each one belonged to different departments. That's why the human mutual relationship was expected to have an important influence on reemployment. Some professors advised me to join a drinking party and share friendly talks with others, but I did not join it at all according to the word of God. Rather, every night I attended Daniel Night Prayer Meeting after my work at the college, and fervently prayed to God. I had been busy in studying in my specialty field and in searching for promising young men day and night. And I tried my best to consult many students and preach the love of the Lord and help them be good at school. In the early year of 2000, to my joy I was reemployed according to the word of Psalm 37:4 saying that "Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart." Hallelujah! I have been approved by my college administration bureau and joined a few important projects. Many times I have been appointed as the head of the Computer Engineering Department and recently I promoted as the Director of Computer Information Department. The Blessings of Healing and Health Given to my Family Meantime blessing came upon my family. When my second son Samuel was three years old, the child suffered from atopic dermatitis on the face and the whole skin. We vowed to pray every day and after we finished the vowed prayer my son recovered to normal. But very strangely a part of my son's body where my wife had applied an ointment remained unhealed and he had relapses every year. When we repented of it and sprayed Muan sweet water on the part and Rev. Dr. Lee prayed on it, he was completely healed. In addition, he was healed of allergic asthma after we finished vowed 21-day prayers and received Rev. Dr. Lee's prayer. My children read one chapter of the Bible daily and memorize one verse of it. They try their best to live by the word. That's why they are praised and deemed as nice and decent by neighbors and school teachers. My wife teaches her students with the love of the Lord and so she is praised by their parents and feels happy. I give all thanks and glory to God the Father and give thanks to Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee who prayed for us with all his sincerity.

Our loving God healed me of serious asthma and the loss of ability to hear

Deaconess Shilrye Kang (San Jose, San Francisco, United States) I have lived in San Jose, San Francisco, United States for 20 years. Beginning 3 years ago my left ear began to lose its hearing ability and I could not even hear a loud voice. Last April 20th, I came to Seoul to see my two daughters, Sr. Deaconesses Hyosoon Park and Soonduk Park, who live there:. I asked them to take me to the hospital for medical treatment during my stay, but they introduced to me works of power happening at Manmin Joong-ang Church and planted the faith into me. When I attended Sunday and Friday worship services, I enjoyed the services filled with the grace and truth that I have never experienced, and my heart was very happy with the messages preached by Rev. Dr. Lee. While listening to those messages, I was reminded of many past sins and repented of those sins, and with the faith I received the prayer for the sick when Rev. Dr. Lee prayed after preaching. Then, I participated in the Divine Healing Meeting held at the Manmin Prayer Center every day and earnestly desired to be changed through the messages and prayers of President of that Prayer Center Mrs. Boknim Lee, wife of Rev. Dr. Lee. In the meantime my bloody phlegm stopped and I was healed of severe asthma. While I was praying at the Daniel Night prayer Meeting on May 5th, I felt a "bump" sound inside my left ear and then I could hear with my left ear. Hallelujah! I experienced God's amazing power during my stay in Korea, and I will spread the living God to as many friends and neighbors in USA as possible.

My home, which suffered troubles and trials, is now full of laughter and happiness

Senior Deaconess Pyongrye Moon (5-1 ST Women's Mission, 2-6 th Parish) "Son, please come out and let's talk a while!" My eldest son showed symptoms of mental disease A strange thing happened to my elder son in 1977, about 28 years ago when he was 21 years old. He eagerly wanted to enter college, but had to give it up because my family was so poor. He became so frustrated that he stayed at home all day long without eating anything. Finally, he began to show symptoms of mental disease. He wandered here and there crying out in a rough voice in my village. He would talk into the air as if he were talking with somebody and did strange things. Joy left my home and sorrow covered it. I brought in a shamanist to perform exorcism, visited a famous fortune-teller and went to many hospitals, but everything was in vain. I was guided to a church, but I found no solution there. When 10 years had passed since my son was stricken with mental disease, my daughter, who had gotten married and lived in a distant city, showed symptoms of mental depression. Because I had raised my eldest son and daughter with all my sincerity and still they were victimized by mental disease and depression, I cried with many, many tears and my heart experienced great pain. I thought, "Why did these things happen to me?" After repenting of having worshiped idols One day in 1993, a woman living at the same village gave me a church newspaper named "Manmin Joong-ang News" and talked to me about Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee and his healing ministry. She said that Rev. Dr. Lee had never failed to heal any kind disease with the power of God. I believed that he could heal my son and daughter. Following the church map printed in the newspaper, my son and I visited Manmin Joong-ang Church and registered. We stayed at Manmin Prayer Center and attended the Divine Healing Meeting held at the center every day. Through the message delivered by Mrs. Boknim Lee, wife of Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee, I realized that many diseases of children are caused by their parents' sins. Idol-worshiping is a most detestable thing to God. Instantly I was reminded that I had gone to a Buddhism temple with my mother and worshiped before a statue of Buddha, and repented of it with serious tears. "God, forgive me." Set free from the chains of darkness When I was forgiven of my past sins, my heart was full of joy as if I could fly. It was not long before something amazing occurred to my son which doubled my joy. My son's face turned bright. He stopped talking to himself, and began to share friendly conversation with others. We prayed for the more complete healing. We attended the Daniel Night Prayer Meeting and fasted every morning for 40 days. Meantime we tried our best to worship God in spirit and truth and obey the word of God we had heard. As a result, my son was completely healed of his mental disease and came to live normally. In addition, a few months later my daughter who was stricken with depression, registered at Manmin Joong-ang Church and she was also completely healed and glorified God. Likewise I met the living God, and have diligently testified to the good God and preached the gospel. However, I have felt sorry in my heart because my younger son and his wife lived a lukewarm life in faith. Running toward heaven with faith and hope In the March of 1998, my younger son had many difficulties in his business during the economic crisis of IMF (International Monetary Funds) and collapsed due to cerebral hemorrhage. The doctors said that even if he had been operated on, he would have had less than a 30 % possibility of survival, and we would have had to prepare for his funeral. My daughter-in-law and I came to Rev. Dr. Lee and received his prayer on the handkerchief. Next day I laid the handkerchief on my younger son and prayed for him, and an amazing thing happened to him. He confessed later that two persons came to him when he was on the edge of death, and they caught him by both hands and feet and tightly gripped his throat, but a person in dazzlingly shining white robe appeared and drove them out. Soon my son was transferred to a general ward and in 25 days he left the hospital without any aftereffects. Now he is healthy. Hallelujah! My husband saw the kingdom of heaven in a vision before he died, and told us that he found no house for him to live in. Through his word, I realized that he would enter Paradise, the lowest place of heaven, where no personal house would be rewarded, and we gave offerings for constructing sanctuaries with all our sincerities so that he would enter the better dwelling place. Afterwards my husband saw the kingdom of heaven a few times, and in a vision he saw Rev. Dr. Lee gave him a key to his house and guided him to look around what would be his house. How blessed he is that he died comfortably seeing his heavenly dwelling place! God gave my family wonderful blessing of healing and salvation. After my husband died, I felt empty in my heart and uncomfortable. In May 2002, I felt severe pain on my spine and could neither sit nor lie down nor sleep well. I went to a spinal clinic for evaluation, and I was diagnosed with spinitis. The doctor said that they would have to remove the inflamed parts and replace it by artificial bones. I thought what I had done wrong in the sight of God and prayed to God more fervently. I repented that I had not kept my promise to help the poor every month and not been at peace with my children. Then, I visited Rev. Dr. Lee and when he prayed for me, I was given the faith that I had already been healed. A few days later he prayed for me again and then I was completely healed. My home is full of laughter and happiness Through those trials, all of my family have cast off every kind of idol and changed into truth. Now we are happy and joyous every day. We are faithful in our duties given in our church and bear the fruit of preaching. My eldest son is secretary of his group in Men's Mission, my son-in-law is a member of Manmin Volunteers Brigade, my daughter-in-law is a leader of a sub-district in 2-6 th Parish, and my daughter is a cell leader and a member of Golden Light Choir. My younger son has been running a box-manufacturing factory, and received blessing in finance through Rev. Dr. Lee's prayer. I give thanks and glory to God who has loved my family who were falling down due to idol-worshiping and led us to the way of life. We also give heartfelt thanks to Rev. Dr. Lee who prayed for us with sincerity.

Mrs. Younsook Lee (1-1 Women's Mission, 1-1 st Parish) "Your baby has not grown for a month at all." On the 6 th of January in seven months of my pregnancy, I went to a public health center for evaluation and was found to be pregnant with male twins. But my doctor told me that the twins weighed just 0.9 kg less than the weight of a normal baby and were slow to grow by two or three weeks. A month later, on February 11 th , I went for reevaluation and found that one weighed 1.45 kg that was slower than normal babies by two weeks but the other still 0.9 kg, which showed it had not grown for a month at all. A few years ago, my first daughter had to be adopted into another family because I was very poor. Since then, I felt pain in my heart and lived shedding tears. Finally, I began to suffer from the urge to commit suicide due to the sense of responsibility and serious depression. Meantime I was guided to Manmin Joong-ang Church and attended the 12 th Revival Meeting. I met God the Healer and came to believe He would heal my twins in my womb. On the 19 th of February, I received the prayer of Rev. Dr. Lee for my twins. He said in prayer, "Give the babies the fullness and inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Let them grow well." When he prayed, I felt something hot coming into my womb, and, to my surprise, my babies began to move in my womb although they had hardly moved until then. When I went to the public health center a week later on February 25, my baby of 0.9 kg was found to have grown to weigh 1.6 kg. In this amazing power of God, I gave birth to two health babies, each of whom weighed 2.69 kg and 2.42 kg.
