I Could See the Letters - I Couldn't Help but Burst into Tears

Sister Hyunjoo Baek (3rd grade of a middle school, Daejeon Manmin Church ) When I was in the 4th grade of elementary school, I took an eye test at school. It turned out that I could hardly see with my left eye. I was startled and visited the hospital with my parents. After an examination, the doctor diagnosed me with disuse amblyopia. He felt so sorry, because if this had been discovered in its early stages, I could have been cured through eye-training programs, special eye lotion, or wearing glasses. But it was too late now. Disuse amblyopia arises as a result of long periods of eye inactivity from wearing eye bandages or patches, blindness of the eyes during the toddler or infant years, or eye diseases which include cataracts and ptosis (drooping eyelid). The doctor said that my eyesight would be no better than 0.2 even after surgery. My parents decided to pass up the surgery and instead had me wear special glasses. But even after three years, my sight didn't get any better. Even the vision in my right eye, which was relatively better, fell to 0.6. Not only did I have trouble concentrating on my studies, but I suffered from a lot of stress from only being able to see things with one eye. People sometimes misunderstood and thought I was constantly frowning. I couldn't pay attention during class. So I tried to overcome my sad situation by relieving stress through watching dramas, shopping online, and buying nice clothes. It was fortunate that I had an optimistic personality; otherwise I probably would have fallen into depression. After receiving prayer from Pastor Heesun Lee with the handkerchief on which Dr. Jaerock Lee prayed, the vision of both eyes became 1.2. My family members, who led their spiritual lives at Daejeon Manmin Church, took care of me with great love, and especially my mother did it. They attended worship service together in spirit and in truth and helped me return to God. I began to receive grace through the sermons and began to change. I could study well and came to hope for heaven more. On the 28th of October of this year, Pastor Heesun Lee came to Daejeon Manmin Church and held the Fullness of Holy Spirit Prayer Meeting, for which I prepared with a longing heart and repented for chasing after worldly pleasures and hanging out with friends. Finally, my turn came, and Pastor Heesun Lee prayed for me with the handkerchief (Acts 19:11-12). At that moment, I felt the wounds of my heart being healed through tears. And I felt that ill feelings that I had, like loneliness, stress, and anger disappeared. After the prayer, I covered my right eye and opened my left eye. At that moment, I could clearly see the letters on the event banner. I was overwhelmed with joy, so I dropped down on the very spot I was standing and cried. All the things that burdened my heart went away in a single moment. Last November 7, I visited an ophthalmological hospital which I used to go to five years ago when I was the 4th grade. At the eye examination, the sight of both of my eyes were 1.2. The doctor said, "It is medically impossible to recover eyesight. This is a miracle." On the 13th, I was so happy that I went to Seoul to give my testimony to the Senior Pastor. After hearing the testimony, Senior Pastor prayed for me. And an amazing thing happened again. My Son Sukjune Received the US President's Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence

I am Deacon Jung-kyu Moon. I live in Beaverton, Oregon of the United States of America and it has been 3 years since I left Korea to live here. Before we attended the church, my wife, Deaconess Yoojin Chang, felt loneliness and affliction in her heart. But even worse, she suffered in many ways because of her chronic indigestion. Meanwhile, by the guidance of Senior Deaconess Mihyung Cho, who lived in the same apartment as our family, we joined Manmin Central Church in February, 2001. We were greatly touched by the messages and came to have faith, witnessing the works of God's power. In May of the same year, we attended a Two Week Special Revival Meeting with Dr. Jaerock Lee, at which my wife was healed of her chronic indigestion and my son Sukjune was healed of pneumonia. From then on, our family led a happy and religious life, giving whole tithes and keeping the Sabbath holy. I was sent to the United States as a consultant for Nike Golf in 2006. My mother, Deaconess Hanaja Choi joined our church two weeks before we came to the United States. Previously, she was an earnest Buddhist who had constantly suffered from the pain over her body, but she was healed by Senior Pastor's prayer. And last May, my entire family became evangelized after my sister Sunmi Moon was led to church. Last July 3, exactly 3 years since we came to the United States, there was a piece of mail from Sukjune's school in the mailbox. It was a US President's Education Awards Program Certificate. This award is given to students who achieved excellent grades and had outstanding abilities in various fields. Sukjune is always positive and tries earnestly to keep himself from falling into the world. He offers service in spirit and in truth and enjoys offering what he has to God. When Sukjune first came to the United States, everything was unfamiliar and he couldn't communicate in English. But he began to learn, little by little, with the faith that the Lord is always with him. As a result, he glorified God by receiving a 4.0 in all subjects in the 6th grade, and achieving excellent scores on his English and math tests which were administered by the state of Oregon. Though people of this country live an abundant life, they are in a spiritually dark environment. I feel saddened when I see people "leading a life of faith" without hope for heaven. One day I shared "The Message of the Cross" cassette tape with a Korean family in the neighborhood. They confessed that they hadn't heard this kind of message and began to listen to other messages through the church website since then. I give thanks to Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee for always covering us with prayer and love. Even Long Term Absentees and Discouraged Members Are Brought Back Through the Visits of The Third and the Fourth Division of the 2-3 Men's Mission Leading a successful religious life requires prayer, the Word, service, volunteering, visiting members, evangelism, and so on. One can be a healthy Christian when all these elements are in good balance. Among them, visiting members is very important. Why? There is a mission group causing quite a sensation with their passion toward visiting people and evangelism. They are the third and fourth divisions of the 2-3 Men's Mission. Its members are 45-year old men, who were born in 1965. Strangely enough, until last year, they weren't as active. But the way they were able to become one at heart, and experience revival through visiting church members. Since February of this year, they've taken every Saturday to visit long-term absentees and discouraged members. So as of now, they have recovered 27 lost souls. Not only this, the members are experiencing overflowing blessings in their families, workplaces, and businesses. Let us find the secret to their revival and blessings. Meticulous Visiting Preparations Members of the 2-3 Men's mission are very busy on Saturday. At around 12 noon, when they should be resting with their families after working all week long, they gather at the house of Deacon Jungkeun Lee, the fourth division leader. They greet each other by saying, "Welcome, happy Saturday!" Then they shake hands, with bright smiles on their faces. When all are gathered, they have a simple lunch of noodle or shredded dough soup. Then, once they've set the schedule for all their visits, prayed, and remembered the registration cards, everything is ready. "Lord, as they drive, please take the wheel and guide them safely to their destination. Please protect Your children and those around them." They receive Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer for driving via audio cassette tape and happily leave for their destinations. "In the beginning of the year, only three or four members participated. But as more and more started to participate, we had to separate into a couple of groups in order to visit several different neighborhoods. All of this is because of the grace of God," mentions Deacon Euljong Kim, the third division leader. Skills for Bearing Fruitful Visits The members of the third and fourth division of the 2-3 Men's Mission make sure they report the weekly results to the Senior Pastor and receive his prayer. They acknowledge that all things are only possible through God's power, not their own power, and receive prayer with faith and humble hearts. They not only focus on new believers, but long term absentees, members who are discouraged by various problems, and those who need love and care while adjusting to church life. They review the list of members that they received from the Registration Office and pray together, after which, they attempt to contact each member. And if the number is not correct or they fail to connect, they ask people who first led them to church or their families and retrieve information about them. New believers and long term absentees rarely await visits with an open heart. One member finally returned to church, but only after receiving over 10 visits. There needs to be patience toward those kinds of members until God works in them. "When we pray for their souls, we are filled with joy and happiness. Before, we prayed only for ourselves and our families most of the time. But I am now even more filled with the Spirit while praying for other souls." They all say together, "We make sure we offer worship while visiting members' homes except for special cases. This is because we experience the works of God's power when we share His Word and pray with the handkerchief (Acts 19:11-12). Sometimes, we'd even worship in the car. And often, there were people who wouldn't open their door at first, but after being melted by our love and care, they finally accepted us. When we would say to them, "Let us worship so you can be blessed," even those who were red in the face with anger and irritated by our visits, were touched and attended the worship service. God works when He sees our love toward souls." Cases of Abundant Blessing These members of the Men's Mission feel happy and rewarded when they visit other members. Because of them, members who wander aimlessly because of constant discord in the family find peace. Members who suffer from diseases are healed and lead a happy life. Members who suffer from business failure are blessed and stand up again, and needy families receive material blessings. Not only this, but because of the heartfelt and earnest devotion of the workers, they are experiencing overflowing spiritual and worldly blessings in their own families, workplaces, and businesses as well. Deacon Byungno Yoon, 9th group leader of the third division, was awarded the first place prize for revival for the third quarter of the year. "We are thankful for not only the recovery of so many long-term absentees and discouraged members, but also the changes we are experiencing. We have awakened from our stagnant lukewarm life of faith. Our families have become evangelized and we are leading a happy life with great material blessings," shares Deacon Euljong Kim, the third division leader. "When I first moved into a house in Seoul from Daejeon to attend Manmin Central Church, I lived in a single room. But now I've moved into a new and big house, which is used as the meeting place for our members. I've been blessed enough to pay over one million won (over $1,000 in US dollars) as monthly tithes, and do what I can to help save souls by donating expenses used for visiting members. I am really happy to share what I have," says Deacon Jungkeun Lee, the fourth division leader. The Lord Touched My Weary Life and Healed My Disease

Jemimah Anyango (Kenya Nairobi Manmin Holiness Church) Jemimah Anyango with her husband Along with running a grocery business in Ongata Rongai near Nairobi, I am also a mother of 10 children including 2 orphans. But my husband's and my revenue fell short of supporting the family. And each day was literally a continuation of suffering. Despite years of life as a believer, I didn't have steadfast faith. It was after registering at Nairobi Manmin Holiness Church that I had this special experience. When I was pregnant with my eighth baby, I didn't give birth even after 11 months. I visited several hospitals but couldn't receive a diagnosis due to financial difficulty. Then I began to experience constant dizziness and losing consciousness. I was overwhelmed with the fear that I might miscarry and die with my baby. In March 2008, I got a chance to listen to Bishop Dr. Myongho Cheong's sermon about spiritual faith through a family TV program. I was very impressed and decided to receive prayer from him. I visited Kenya Nairobi Manmin Holiness Church, and after the worship service, I attended the Divine Healing Meeting that afternoon. There was a long line of people who wanted to receive prayer from Bishop Dr. Myongho Cheong. The patients wore a name tag on which the names of their diseases were written on it, and testified to their healing, crying out "Hallelujah" after receiving the prayer. "Yes! I can also be healed!" But I didn't have the courage to stand in front of so many people. I was afraid because I often lost consciousness and collapsed. While I was hesitating, my daughter Eunice led me to the podium. When it was my turn, Bishop Dr. Myongho Cheong prayed, laying his hands on my head, and I suddenly felt my entire body become hot. Right after the prayer, he said, "You will give birth to the baby within a week. Don't worry." And surprisingly, I gave birth to my baby, just as Dr. Cheong said. I delivered a baby on Tuesday of that week, and the baby is in good health. Hallelujah! 1. Bishop Dr. Myongho Cheong prayed for Eric, who was suffering from atopic dermatitis 2, 3. Before receiving prayer, and 3 weeks after receiving prayer Eric, my seventh son, age three, suffered from atopic dermatitis beginning as early as three weeks after he was born. His face smelled terrible and looked as if he had been burned. Because of this, we were exiled from the place where we lived. All the money I earned went to treat my son's disease, but Eric was healed after receiving prayer from Bishop Dr. Myongho Cheong. He was set free from pain through prayer, and started to get better. And finally, he was completely healed in three weeks. His face was very bright and soft like that of a new-born baby. And after learning about tithes, we were able to overcome poverty. After I began giving God my tithes, I was able to expand my grocery business and my husband found a decent job. We are now so happy and comfortable in our bigger house. My entire family is now in good health without having to go to the hospital. Through my testimony, eight people were evangelized. I give thanks and glory to God who led us to the way of blessing! Alexander Sotov (St. Petersburg, Russia) Alexander Sotov and his family "My name is Alexander Sotov. I am a Christian, church minister and speaker, working full time as a high school English teacher. With this letter I want to give thanks to God for His mercy and power He performs through the prayer in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and to thank personally Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee and other ministers who have prayed for my health. I am very thankful and want God to abundantly bless you for your ministry and heart. Being unable to operate proper medical terminology I will try to describe what happened the way I've seen and felt it. Some time ago I began feeling unwell. Monday, October 12, during the 12th class during the lessons I felt on the point of collapse. In the evening my wife called an emergency. My condition seemed pre-stroke with slight face asymmetry and tongue deviation to the right. Blood pressure was 170/110 and I was taken to hospital. Tuesday I was examined by two doctors; they suspected I might have had stroke, diabetes and high blood pressure. Wednesday, in the morning I received Dr Jaerock Lee's prayer for the sick on the phone (1-770-554-5679). After that the blood pressure dropped to 150/90. Computer tomography showed no brain damage, and blood tests confirmed no symptom of diabetes. Friday night I was prayed by the Senior Pastor being confident that I had already been healed. Since Friday, blood pressure has been measured several times, and it is 130/85. Arthritis pain in the shoulder disappeared also. "Let me pray for the sick¡¦high blood pressure, paralysis and stroke, go away¡¦!" On October 21, today I was examined by my local doctor. No further treatment was prescribed and neither was special advice given. "Nothing that had been expected was confirmed and your blood pressure is normal. It might have been like a moment stroke that came and¡¦ just passed by," added the doctor and made a "passing by" gesture with her hand. Now I am at home and feel well. I thank God. He has forgiven me of my sins. He has given me faith enough to receive the prayer of Senior Pastor, to get the answer to the prayer and to be grateful for this grace from the depth of my heart. Hyukjae Lee (Singer, member of popular group 'Super Junior') Eunhyuk, (Actual name: Hyukjae Lee) a member of the popular group "Super Junior", received training with SM Entertainment since his second year of middle school and made his debut in November 2005 as a member of the group "Super Junior". He registered at our church in 1998, following his parents. He was touched by Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermons and continues to lead a diligent prayer life, and his faith grew as a result of watching the works of power manifested in the church. For people in the entertainment business, it's easy to lose self-control, but Eunhyuk always tries to keep himself in check with the word of God. "I don't drink and smoke, and I try to attend church whenever I can. And I try to serve my group members first. I always pray and commit everything to God before I go up on the stage." Before any concerts or before the release of any new albums, he always receives Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. When he is in a bad condition from overuse of his voice, he drinks Muan Sweet Water and carries the handkerchief on which Dr. Jaerock Lee prayed (Acts 19:11-12). Early morning of April 19, 2007, when he was on his way back to his house after a recording of the KBS Radio program, "Kiss the Radio", he was involved in a car accident. "I was in the car with the other members of our group. As the vehicle overturned, the window on the right side shattered, so all the other members were badly injured. But the moment the accident occurred, something like a panel fell off the car and I fell on top of it. So I avoided coming into contact with the pieces of glass, and didn't get hurt at all. Surely this was God's protection." Eunhyuk's schedule is pretty booked, because he is participating in many programs, such as "Miracle" of KBS1, "Strong Heart" and "Stocking" of SBS, "Start Dream Team Season 2" of KBS2, "Sukira" of KBS FM. But he always says that eternal life in heaven is more important than popularity, and confesses that everything is thanks to God's grace.

Deacon 'Pig' shares, "Here Is the Secret to My Success."

Deacon Joonhwan Chung (General Manager of Exportation and Importation / Hasseop Team Leader for the Chung P&C Laboratory for Breeding Pigs) Joonhwan Chung is a professional consultant in the livestock business. Nicknamed Deacon 'Pig' at church, he works at the Chung P&C Laboratory, one of the nation's top hog breeding general consulting agencies. He is a frontline pioneer in the livestock consulting field with his benchmarking skill in livestock breeding. With his special expertise, he is now making a huge contribution to the development of Korea's livestock business. In December 1997, he was led to this church through his wife's dream. He had worked at an artificial insemination center for pigs for 8 years, and was in charge of breeding and general sales. When foot-and-mouth disease prevailed in 2002, he had the experience of having 60 of his pigs (each worth 5 million won, or $5,000 in US currency) protected under the prayer of Dr. Jaerock Lee. But due to the foot-and-mouth disease, his company went through restructuring, so he decided to start his own business, which seemed more promising. He opened a pet store which was considered profitable, but the business was a failure. While praying for a job, he was hired in August of 2007 at the Chung P&C Laboratory. He started out as a worker for the Breeding Pig Importation Part of the company for 6 months. He worked diligently to import only the best quality pigs and so increased the company's revenue. From February 2008, he learned the work of HACCP, a new division of the company, and became a professional consultant. HACCP operates quality control of all meats such as pork, chicken, duck, beef, etc., to make sure no harmful substances from the farm go into the meats. With proper education of all the workers, HACCP provides quality control to help companies to become nationally certified companies. And with Chung's skill, his company's passing rate streamed to the top, so more and more contracts came pouring in. Every Sunday morning at 5 a.m., Chung wakes up and prepares to meet the Senior Pastor. Why does he do this every week? Because whenever he talked to the Senior Pastor about his business and received his prayer, Chung experienced his problems being resolved and turning into blessings. There were also changes in his life of faith. He used to compromise with the world with a burning motive. But as his heart became more peaceful, his attitude changed, and he gained confidence as he tried to think through everything with goodness and tried to treat everyone with kindness. God helped him come up with good ideas for his lectures, and He also helped him make HACCP contracts with many farms. Also, as a group leader, he visits church members' houses every Saturday with other workers in the Men's Mission. While visiting many church members' houses, the members received solutions to their problems, and Chung himself experienced his own problems being solved! He felt overwhelming joy when long-term absentees began attending the church again, and when families came to Christ through his visits. "After experiencing the change in my thoughts and deeds, I received more answers by meeting the Senior Pastor. I have many weaknesses. But whenever I met the Senior Pastor and told him about my business, and he prayed for me, all the problems were resolved. The way God works is totally different from our own thoughts. Usually we tend to think impossible things are just impossible. But in faith, even impossible things turn into possible things, and possible things become even greater possible things. My life is filled with blessings after since I obeyed the words of the Senior Pastor who clearly presents the will of God and earnestly prays for me." Chung is now a HACCP instructor for the Education Center for Livestock Health at the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, and he has received material blessings; as his salary has increased threefold, and he receives unprecedented incentives at the laboratory where he works. And the company he works for has matured into a leading company with huge revenues in the livestock industry.

Receiving Much Blessing after Being Nicknamed as "Deacon Common Octopus"

Deacon Daeyoung Go (Muan Manmin Church, Representative of the Daeyoung Used-Furniture Discount Store) One day in 2000, while leading a happy day to day life after giving birth to our first child, we were suddenly startled when our son began crying loudly and couldn't breathe properly. His face began turning dark. My wife and I were so scared that we didn't know what to do. We rushed to the hospital with the baby. The doctor diagnosed him with an inborn heart disease and bronchial stenosis. I never imagined that this kind of thing would happen to me. Having led a lukewarm life of faith, I had to choose between depending on God and depending on medical science. I thought I was living according to God's words when I lived without difficulties. But when I faced this reality, I couldn't show my faith. The baby went to heaven while receiving treatment at the hospital. Through this event, my wife and I thoroughly looked back at our lives. We didn't actually have spiritual faith which pleased God. My wife realized that she had neglected her God-given duties and life of prayer because of her pregnancy, and repented. Since that time on, we attended worship services in spirit and in truth. And we tried to participate in every event where we could receive grace. Tasting the true meaning of God's word was so sweet and gracious that each day was a continuation of happiness. At that time, I realized one very significant thing. Even though I had seen many signs and wonders and heard many testimonies, I lacked gratitude and love toward the Senior Pastor. In March 2003, my wife, Deaconess Eunyoung Kim received prayer for an easy delivery and gave birth to our healthy daughter, Sun-A. Because we had this child after sending the first one to heaven, we were more thankful and rejoiced. Leading a life of faith filled with the Holy Spirit, we gave thanks to God and the Lord and also to our Senior Pastor. In April, 2004, after Women's Mission Devotional Service, my wife suggested that I offer common octopus, which is a specialty of Muan, to be of a little strength to the Senior Pastor. So I said, "Great idea! People say that common octopus even makes a collapsed cow stand up, so it'll be great if this could give a little strength to our Senior Pastor." Once a month, we headed for Seoul early in the morning with fresh common octopus we got at the Muan common octopus market. Even when I had no earnings while preparing for another job, I prayed, "God, please allow me enough at least to offer common octopus to the Senior Pastor." Then, God answered my prayer! Beginning September 2007, the door of blessing began to open. I told the Senior Pastor that I would open up a used furniture discount store and received prayer from him. Starting with the contracts, everything went very smoothly. In the first month, we were able to offer three hundred thousand won (about $300 in US dollars) as our first tithe. I decided to commit everything to God. Every month, we took common octopus to our Senior Pastor and offered mission offerings and received prayer. And the amount of our tithes increased more and more. Finally, in 2009, I received enough blessing to be able to give one million won (about $1,000 in US currency), and sometimes as much as 1 million and 25 won ($1,250) as my tithe. In addition, we moved to a bigger office in June 22, and also into a new and bigger apartment in July. After accepting our pure and simple hearts and unchanging deeds, God blessed us to experience "Impossible things becoming possible, and possible things becoming even greater possible things".

My Fingers Move! - A Chinese Woman Experiences Healing Miracle through Muan Sweet Water

Mrs. Chen (China, Psychotherapist) Mrs. Chen, who had suffered from rheumatoid arthritis in her finger received healing through the Muan Sweet Water and could freely move her finger. On May 12, 2008, while watching on TV the aftermaths of the earthquake that devastated the Sichuan Province of China, I couldn't help being shocked. Through GCN-Manmin TV programming and Dr. Lee's books, I became very impressed by the holiness gospel, and the manifestations of God's power. As a psychotherapist, I could tell that the word of life preached by Dr. Jaerock Lee was more powerful than any other treatment because it not only comforted people's hearts, but it also healed them. Meanwhile, I had the opportunity to grow my faith. I had begun to suffer unbearable pain from rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. Even though I tried taking Chinese herbal medicine and even tried rubbing it on my hands, it did not get better. At the end of August 2009, I asked an acquaintance who was visiting Korea for the Manmin Summer Retreats to bring me back some Muan Sweet Water. Watching the many cases of healing through the Muan Sweet Water, I gained assurance of my healing. I sprayed and applied the Muan Sweet Water with faith. After a week, the painful areas had become much better! It was so surprised that I told my husband, "Honey! The pain disappeared!" My husband expressed thanksgiving to the Lord after watching me rejoice while giving my testimony. Finally, the most unforgettable moment of my life had arrived. In October 2009, I visited Korea for the 27th anniversary of Manmin Central Church. When I met Dr. Jaerock Lee in person, he wasn't like the person I thought he would be. He was very humble and gentle, even though he was a powerful servant ministering a mega church. I often heard about the high level of the Christian culture at Manmin Central Church, but the celebration performance expressing heaven was literally mysterious. I was shocked, and thought, "How can they praise God like this?" The beauty of the praises and worship in the performance was heaven itself. Tears ran down my face and my heart was filled with hope for heaven. Heaven, which existed only in my imagination became a reality to me. I thought, "What a beautiful place! I'll live for heaven and the Lord alone!" God prepared another gift for me. On October 12, I visited the Muan Sweet Water site and dipped myself into the water. The symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis completely disappeared! Before, it was painful to move my fingers left and right, but after going into the Muan Sweet Water site, I didn't feel any pain when I moved or bent my fingers! I praise God who allowed me to experience His great power. While visiting Korea, I gained the most precious treasure in the world—spiritual faith.

Proclaiming "Believe in Jesus Christ" from Every Corner of the Andes

Pastor Lazarus Lee (Latin America Manmin Mission Center, Peru Manmin Church) We can see McDonalds and Coca-Cola signs everywhere we go. Like this, I hope that someday people will be able to watch Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermons through TV channels wherever they are. And still today, I continue to run toward that dream. From mid July to late August, 2009, I took four mission trips to the alpine regions (2000-5000m above sea level) of the Andes Mountains, to make agreements for live radio broadcasting and continuous broadcasting, for which we'd been praying for, for one year. Radio is an important means of evangelizing to people of this region, who listen to the radio while doing farm work. Because I had to visit the entire area of the Andes, I had to travel by car day and night. There were no tunnels, and the car ran along the unpaved road along the mountain side without any safety rails. When I looked down the edge of the cliff, I couldn't help but cry out, "Lord!" and ask for His protection. It was not easy for me to travel 6 to 16 hours at a time. Due to mountain sickness, I was out of breath and experienced constant headaches. I was vomiting frequently, and my entire body swelled, and I felt like my eyes were coming out of their sockets. But with faith I continued on this mission trip to at least be of a little help to world evangelization. And everything went well during this trip, because God had prepared everything in advance and led me every step of the way. By the grace of the Lord I was able to meet and have cooperation with as many radio stations including Peru Vision in Arequipa, Oasis in Tacna, Coinonia in Cuzco, Fe in Andahuaylas, Kirios in Uripa, Amauta in Huanta, Nueva Vida in Cajamarca, Ebenezer in Bamtamarca, Preregencia in Celendin, and Manantial in Huancayo. Thus, because I met people who were already familiar with Dr. Jaerock Lee's ministry of power, I was able to make the broadcasting agreements very easily. And these people requested for a continuous relationship with Manmin. All of this was truly impossible with my own ability. Each moment, I was reminded of the Lord's great commission, "Spread the gospel to the ends of the earth." These special experiences that God poured into my life were enough to give me a big boost of new strength. I had one day meeting in Ambo which is 2,800 meters above sea level and led the seminar and handkerchief healing meeting in Cerro de Pasco which is 4,800 meters above sea level. And there various diseases including women's disease and arthritis were healed. When I first visited here two years ago, I suffered a lot from mountain disease, but this time I didn't pant at all even after giving prayer for hundreds of people. I give all the thanks and glory to God who was with me all through the mission trip.

God Healed My Daughter of a Neck Abscess

Deaconess Mikyung Kim (3-25 Parish, 2-1 Women's Mission) One day in 2006, while watching TV that showed all the signs of the last days of the world, I had a strong desire to live a long time with my 8-month-old son. I was reminded of heaven, about which I often talked with my brother. He would ask, "Can I live forever if I go to heaven?" I called my brother right away, and said, "I'm going to church beginning this week." This was the start of my life of faith. So I first met God because of my child, and it was again through my two children that I realized the love of God—after experiencing His power. In the evening of May 24, my son Yoonhyuk, 5, bumped into a marble table in the living room and got a deep cut on the right edge of his eyebrow. I was so heartbroken to see his soft skin bruised and swollen. But after Dr. Jaerock Lee prayed, his face healed up and the swelling went down as if nothing had happened. Following this experience, my daughter Yoonsong, 3, suddenly had a fever and her temperature rose to almost 40 degrees C. As this went on for a week, her right cheek swelled up and she couldn't eat properly. I took her to a pediatrician. The doctor said it was the mumps, but the swelling grew bigger and spread to the neck behind her ear. Then the doctor recommended that I take her to a hospital. On July 3, through CT scans taken at the Asan Hospital in Seoul, we found out that Yoonsong had a neck abscess. An inflammation in the lymphonodus around the neck had caused an abscess as big as 5 centimeters. The doctor said he didn't know when the abscess might burst, and added she should receive surgery right away. But once again, I had the assurance that my daughter would be healed if she received Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. So the following day, I had her receive Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. I thought, "My daughter's going to be all right!" Then I heaved a big sigh of relief and felt like I was walking on air. When we came home, Yoonsong's temperature had already gone down, and much to our surprise, she began to play and eat well again. After that, she received prayer from Dr. Jaerock Lee two more times, and the abscess got smaller and smaller until it completely disappeared in late July. On September 9, in order to validate her healing, I took my daughter to the hospital for a medical examination, and we found out that her disease was completely healed. Hallelujah! Yoonsong's testimony was presented at the 6th International Christian Medical Conference by WCDN which was held in October in Ukraine. Sangita K.C. (Nepal Manmin Mission Center) I run a clothes store in Kathmandu, Nepal. Living as a faithful Hindu since childhood, I naturally came to hate Christianity. When my Christian friends tried to evangelize to me, I got angry and even covered my ears so I didn't have to listen to them. But one day in June of this year, two strangers came into my store. With a bright smile on their faces, they told me about the Bible and Jesus Christ. I didn't want to listen to them so I politely asked them to leave the store. "Could you give us just ten minutes?" they asked. "All right, but do it quickly," I pleaded. But after they left, I had unresolved questions. So I called an acquaintance who was a member of the Nepal Manmin Center and asked her for some explanations. A few days later, she visited my store and kindly explained to me about God the Creator and Jesus Christ in detail. I was attracted to the message and wanted to hear more. On the following day, she visited me again with Dr. Jaerock Lee's books, The Message of the Cross, Heaven I, and Hell. And while reading these books, I became even more curious about Christianity. That very night, a man dressed in a white robe with long hair called to me in a dream. My first thought was that He was Jesus Christ. From that time on, I started to attend Nepal Manmin Mission Center. At that time I was suffering from an acute pain in the abdomen because of a tumor in the uterus. The doctor said that the tumor was big so I had to undergo surgery right away. Through the worship services broadcasted on GCN-Manmin TV, I listened to Dr. Jareock Lee's messages and received his prayer for the sick. And when Pastor Grace Lee prayed for me with the handkerchief of God's power that Dr. Jaerock Lee had prayed on, the pain went away(Acts 19:11-12). On August 8, I took an examination at the hospital and was surprised by the result. The tumor had completely disappeared. I was so happy and overjoyed. The doctor was so astonished and asked, "How could such a thing happen?" As a witness to this healing work, my husband accepted the Lord. I Have Been Walking with the Lord for 27 Years at Manmin Central Church

Indebted to the Lord's Love, I Humble Myself and Serve Others Elder Chulhyo Bae (Vice President, Elders' Association; Vice President of Men's United Mission) Since we got married, my wife and I had a hard life as I wandered and repeatedly failed in my business. In August of 1982, it was a year after I began to attend the church through my wife's evangelizing to me. After sending my wife alone to the Friday all-night service late at night, I began to worry. So I headed for the church as well. When I arrived, the small sanctuary, which was about 66 square meters, was packed with people. Many were even standing outside on the staircase. Even though I got there expectedly and by chance, God met me that day. I repented with tears coming out of my eyes and nose, and became reborn by water and the Holy Spirit. I stopped smoking and drinking which I'd enjoyed so much, and I prayed and strived to live by the word of God. My family found peace, and we received abundant material blessings each year as well. In 1987, I received the God-given duty as a group leader. I thought the most important thing in leading a group was to serve each member as the Lord served His disciples by washing their feet. As I tried to serve them with this heart, the group experienced revival, and I was even awarded first prize for group revival. Even now I still work with this same heart. I ask myself, "How could I serve others just like the Lord did?" while taking care of each member, because I have seen the love and service of the Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee who doesn't neglect even the youngest member of the church. Seeing our Senior Pastor who shows such a good model for us, I come to think of the Lord and feel greater love for the Father God even more. Therefore I am truly leading a happy life of faith! Because I have experienced what a joy it is when I can serve others with all my heart, so as one indebted to the love of the Lord, I truly desire to humble myself and serve others even more.

I Am So Happy to Be with Manmin - A Blessed Life of Experiencing God's Power

Rev. Jose Thomas (Manager of Tamil Nadu State, OM Books in India) Manager Jose Thomas leading a happy family life in the Lord, his second daughter Jacinth, his wife (clockwise) I came to know about Dr. Jaerock Lee and the Manmin ministry at the 2002 Miracle Healing Prayer Festival in India. I'd never seen such big crowds gathering in one place. Since then I continue to listen to Dr. Jaerock Lee's message and am receiving a lot of grace. The message is the pure gospel itself. Especially the Message of the Cross was so impressive that I preached about it at my own church. In 2004, when my wife was pregnant with our second daughter, the baby was lying upside down in the womb and was in critical situation. I sent her photograph and requested prayer from Dr. Jaerock Lee. And through the work of God transcending time and space, my wife was able to deliver the baby without any problems. This was only possible through the prayer of Dr. Lee, a true man of God. Through this experience, I can feel that my faith has grown to a higher level. I named my daughter Jacinth, which is one of the twelve foundation stones in New Jerusalem. Now Jacinth is 5, and she is growing up healthier and smarter than the average kid. I myself, am experiencing the power of God in my life. One day, the sclera, or the white part of my right eye was damaged by a sharp object, and the entire eye turned reddish. So I visited Pastor Joseph Han, and he said, "Receive prayer by faith." I received the handkerchief prayer (Acts 19:11-12) from Pastor Joseph Han and sprayed Muan Sweet Water on my eye. And surprisingly, the eye became normal again in one day. Also, I've seen circular rainbows several times with Pastor Joseph Han, just like the other Manmin members. The appearance of this kind of rainbow is God's wonder recorded in the Bible and this is sign of the covenant that God is with us (Revelation 4:3). While distributing Dr. Jaerock Lee's books through OM Books, I experienced material blessings. The annual sale is increasing each year. 'HeavenII' ran out shortly after it began to be sold. So I didn't even get a chance to read it yet. People are reserving and paying in advance, just to get this book. This book will gain even more popularity and is well worth the reading for pastors. I have now accomplished a happy family through the word of God, and people around me say that I have received many blessings from God. And I attended the 2009 International Multi-Cultural Festival held in Jerusalem last September through the screen in Chennai Manmin Church. It was really amazing. I was once again surprised by God's power and the ministry of Manmin. And I am so happy to be able to visit Manmin Central Church. I had really been looking forward to visiting the church for this 27th Anniversary Service. The praise of the performance team prepared in 10 different languages, and the outdoor events were excellent! I felt like I was in heaven as I watched the celebration. I am so happy to be with Manmin!
