I was Healed of Scoliosis after Receiving Prayer in Dream

Sister Inae Choi (Eastern Gwangju Manmin Church) "Inae! Stretch your back. Straighten your shoulder while walking." I had a very bad posture even when I was young. It was not until I had a check-up in high school that I came to know I had scoliosis. I did not suffer any pain in daily life, so I paid no attention to it. I felt more comfortable when I stooped in sitting. I naturally had a poor posture. For this reason, scoliosis went worse over time. Three years ago, I felt pain in my coccyx. Last year, the pain became more severe during classes in school and service in church. I could not sit still and had to change my posture often. When I stood up, it took time because of the pain. In the meantime, amazing works took place with me. On May 20, I happened to shake hands with Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee after the Friday all-night service. I knew the story of a woman who had a hemorrhage for twelve years recorded in Luke 8:44. When she touched the fringe of the cloak of the Lord, her hemorrhage immediately stopped. Another story in Acts 5:15 also came to my mind. People carried the sick out into the streets, so that when Peter came by at least his shadow might fall on any one of them. Thinking of them, I had earnest hope to experience such power of God. On May 22nd, I prayed for a while at home after Daniel Prayer Meeting and went to bed. I had an extraordinary dream. Dr. Lee laid his hand on my back. At the very moment, my back became so hot that I felt like my belly had bounced off. As I talked about what I experienced to Dr. Lee, he told me to testify to my healing in the testimonies reception desk of the church. I obeyed him in the dream. On following day, I could not help but feel astounded by what I looked in a mirror after school. My shoulder had straightened up! The left side of my waist had been bent and my whole body had been twisted as well. However, I came to have a very good posture. My family members also rejoiced seeing me walking with good posture. I realized that I was healed as Dr. Lee prayed for me in the dream. I reminded myself of taking classes in school without any pain in my coccyx and back. On June 4, I visited a hospital to take an X-Ray examination. The test result was absolutely normal. Hallelujah! In fact, my family has received amazing blessings of God. My younger sister was healed of anorexia and my father was set free from alcoholism through Dr. Lee's prayer. God's love and power is truly wonderful. Last autumn, I came to realize that I should have prayed more and armed myself with the Word of God while preaching the gospel to my friend who was in sorrow after her father's death. Since then, I have read the Bible and prayed more and more. I quit watching TV as well, and I started to read Dr. Lee's books intensively such as The Message of the Cross and The Measure of Faith. I even threw away pop CDs and books that I had liked since I was young. Then, I came to have hope for New Jerusalem. Also, I even prayed for my family, my friends, and people around me as well as myself. My life totally changed because my Lord, who was crucified on the cross for me, is making intercession for me and the Holy Spirit helps me. With the grace of the Lord, I could experience the power of the Holy Spirit through the dream. I give all thanks to my beloved Lord. I also give all thanks and glory to Father God. Scoliosis is a crooked spine which is supposed to be straight. Without treatment, it may lead to chronic backache. If a person has chronic scoliosis, the heights of both shoulders are different and they do not look good. Because it can cause problems in internal organs, it should be treated before the growth plate stops growing.

I Feel Happy Whenever I Look at Myself in a Mirror

Sister Bomba Nyamsuren (Mongol Manmin Church) I am very happy whenever I look at myself in a mirror, because the symptoms of circular balding disappeared and I came to have better and healthier hair. On October 1st, 2010, I began to lose my hair from on the top of my head. It went worse that I had to have my hair shaved and wear wig ten days after. I felt very stressful. However, I came to be sure that I would be healed of this alopecia areata because I already experienced the works of healing as I started to attend Mongol Manmin Church in May. At that time, I suffered from kidney disease. I could not sleep well and often got shots at home. In the meantime, Pastor Hyunkwon Choo from Manmin Central Church led the Handkerchief Healing Meeting (Acts 19:11-12) in our church. I received healing through his prayer! In January 2011, I looked back on my life longing to experience the power of God once more. 'Why am I losing my hair?' During ten-day fasting, I thoroughly repented that I had not loved my cousin and told her lies. On January 29, I attended the Handkerchief Healing Meeting with Missionary Botzorig (Mongol Manmin Church) and received his prayer of the handkerchief. I felt the fire of the Holy Spirit come down on me, and then my whole body became hot. After that time, my hair came to grow again. In March, it became completely normal. My hair even came to be stronger. The color is better than before and it became healthier. Through the power of God, I came to have another hope. I would like to become a God's worker who delivers the love of the Lord to countless souls who wander without knowing true meaning of life. Sister Bomba Nyamsuren who was healed of alopecia areata after handkerchief prayer (Acts 19:11-12). Her hair came to be healthier than ever before.

I Was Healed of AIDS through the Prayer Transcending Space and Time

Brother Leopard (New York International Manmin Church) In June of 2009, I felt like I had become very weak. I coughed a lot and a skin tumor appeared along with pain. I received prayer of a few well-known pastors to be healed, but it was of no use. I had medical check in Central Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. The result showed that I had pneumonia and AIDS. I was treated with strong drugs, but it became just worse. I felt pain even when I breathed. However, I always thought that God would be able to heal me. In the meantime, Dr. Jaerock Lee came to my mind. I watched Peru Crusade and New York Crusade with Dr. Lee through the videos which my friend's mother gave to me two years before. As I watched, His power struck me. I started to watch the programs of Manmin TV through Internet in August of 2009. I felt like I talked to God face to face when listening to Dr. Lee's message. I listened very carefully with tears. In particular, I came to have hope of healing when watching the amazing power of God that let the poor eyesight and hearing be recovered to normal. I saw many kinds of diseases healed, and the lame stand up and jump. I was so sure that Dr. Lee is a man of God because as said in Psalm 62:11, power belongs to Him. I stopped going to hospital. I received Dr. Lee's prayer for the sick after listening to his message through the Internet. I could feel the pain disappear little by little and I got better. I only relied on God with fasting and prayers. Then, I came to have peace and joy in my heart. On October 16th, 2010, it happened to be my birthday. I received Dr. Lee's prayer at 5 A.M. and my room was filled with heat. My body became hot as well and I was sweating a lot. Following day, I went to hospital. The doctor was so surprised after examination, because AIDS and pneumonia vanished completely. He said he could not believe and asked me to go to another hospital for retest. However, the retest result was just the same with the previous one. Hallelujah! I have been leading a happy Christian life in New York International Manmin Church (Pastor James Shim). I give all thanks and glory to God who healed me through prayer transcending space and time.

The 26 Year-lasting Psoriasis Dermatitis Disappeared

The psoriasis dermatitis had troubled me so much from the time I was a sensitive 14-year-old girl. My feelings were often hurt especially during my years in school. The times remained in my heart like a bruise. I worried about the eyes of others looking at me because of the dead skin cells that were on my body and my clothes. So I could not wear what I wanted. My parents tried so hard to have me healed through medicine. When I took the medicine, I seemed to get better for the moment, but the symptoms appeared again and again. I could not be healed completely. Even when I turned 30 and became a mother, I still suffered from it. This psoriasis dermatitis can be caused by the lack of moisture in the skin. It could lead to extreme itchy sensation and dead skin cells to appear. It usually appears on elbows, knees, head, and bottom. It could be easy to develop chronic dermatitis and reoccur even after treatment. It was spring in 2007. The psoriasis dermatitis was spread to my whole body that it was horrible to see. It had been only spots on parts of my body before, but it became very serious. Even a rough rash with small seed-like lesions was found. On the rash were dead skin cells. I looked back on my life because I knew that the cause of diseases lies in the wall of sin against God. One thing came to my mind. I went on a family outing to a ski resort in New Year's Day of 2007. At that moment, I thought to myself for a moment, 'I have been working for the Lord earnestly. I think I can take a rest from the work for a while.' Afterwards, I stopped praying and paid no attention to my God-given duty as a cell-leader. My Christian life was getting lukewarm. The thought came up, and I repented with tears. I began to remind myself of the love of the Lord who was crucified for me and think of ways to repay His grace. I tried not to be lazy in visiting my cell members and preaching the gospel. Even though the symptom of the dermatitis appeared on my face, I did not mind others' eyes, because I was so sure that I would be healed. I received Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer three times. After the first prayer, it became worse. But I had no doubt I would receive healing. After the second prayer, it went better little by little. On April 27th, 2007, I was completely set free from the dermatitis which had troubled for 26 years after the third prayer. I glorified God with my healing testimony on the altar during Divine Healing Meeting in June, 2009. Afterwards, my family came to have peace. My husband's tithe is increasing as he leads a fervent Christian life. My eight-year-old son serves God as a member of Children's Sunday School Praise Team. My six-year-old daughter has given glory to God by receiving many prizes in church events. We give all thanks and glory to the Lord who healed me and made my family stand in faith.

All Kinds of Diseases Departed from Me at the Moment I Repented of Idolatry

Deaconess Youngok Kim (Tongyeong Manmin Church) I experienced extraordinary works. I was healed of herniated lumbar disc and sciatica. I had tried many kinds of treatment such as acupuncture or massage, but they did not work at all. However, at the very moment when I repented that I had worshiped idols and had peace with God, I received healing by the power of God. I worked for an oyster farm for ten years. I used to work for ten hours a day, which caused me to have herniated lumbar disc. The pain was so serious that I felt painful on my whole body, from head to toes. I also had sciatica. The pain made me feel difficult even to put on the brake of cars, so I worked for fewer hours. I ended up quitting the job because of the pain. A few years later, I started to attend Tongyeong Manmin Church in October, 2009 as Deaconess Guemlan Park evangelized me. Pastor Minhwan Joo ministering to the church gave me Dr. Lee's book The Message of the Cross and his sermon tapes, through which I was filled with the grace and had GCN satellite receiver installed at home. Watching its programs I came to have faith. I attended Divine Healing Meeting which is held every month during the second half of Friday all-night service in the main sanctuary of Manmin Central Church. I received the fire of the Holy Spirit when Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee prayed for the sick on the altar. My pain disappeared. I got healthier from then on, and I decided to work for the oyster farm with confidence in November, 2010. I worked so hard that backache and sciatica came to trouble me again. I thought to myself, 'Do I have fundamental wall of sins against God?' On February 2nd, 2011, I gained a certain spiritual realization after greeting Dr. Lee celebrating Lunar New Year. Following Monday, the dream I had in last December struck me on my way home from Daniel Prayer meeting. In the dream, there was a snake in the front yard of the house my parents-in-law and our family lived in. I knew that seeing snakes in dream was not a good sign. I realized the reason why I had the dream. My mother-in-law collapsed and passed away at the spot where the snake coiled itself. My husband fell down there as well. I even recalled that we had exorcism performed on the spot after the death of my mother-in-law. Then, I eventually came to understand how grave the sin of idolatry is before God. I thoroughly repented that I had attended Buddhist temples and held a memorial service to idols for after-life of my mother-in-law. I decided to give peace offering to God with all my heart to repent of my sins I had committed for 40 years. After my decision, peace and joy overflew in me. I had dream for two days in a row after the decision. In the first dream, a long black-haired person with gloomy look said crying, "I will leave". In the second dream, I entered a white house where bright light emanated. When I looked around, someone told me "Someone has taken a charm away". I looked at the wall on the door. There was no charm. After the dreams, herniated lumbar disc and sciatica vanished immediately. Nowadays, I am very healthy that I can work and clean our sanctuary. I give all thanks and glory to Father God who let me understand spiritual realm and solved my problems.

The Holiness Gospel Makes Our Family Feel Happy

Sister Valentina Palnikov (California, U.S.) From the left, her husband, Nikolay; Valentina; her son-in-law, Andrey; her first daughter, Emma; and her second daughter, Alina My husband and I came to know Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee three years ago. We registered as a member of the Manmin Central Church on October 25th, 2009 through the Internet. In August of 2008, we asked Dr. Lee to pray for my son, Vitaliy Palnikov who had run away from home. After his prayer transcending space and time, my son came back home. As of now he is staying in Korea to become a missionary of Manmin Central Church. The holiness gospel was a true blessing for our family. My husband and I listened to Dr. Lee's sermon program, 'The Message of the Cross' which includes explanation on 'Why Did God Put the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil in the Garden of Eden?', 'Jesus' Seven Words on the Cross' through Impact TV, Russian Christian channel. We came to make contact with Pastor Dr. Vitaliy Fishberg (The Wisdom and Power of God Manmin Church, New York City of the USA) and he helped us a lot. We had led Christian lives for a long time, but we had many questions about the Words of God in the Bible. Dr. Lee's sermon with easy examples was very understandable to us. Through his sermon, we could know God's will clearly. After realizing the love of God through it, we came to love God more and more and have true faith. We felt so happy becoming true Christians. After all that we really wanted to see Dr. Lee in person. Finally, in May of 2010, I visited Manmin Central Church, and received much grace. The members' believing lives were so impressive. After returning to the U.S., I registered as a student of MIS (Manmin International Seminary). Through the courses, I am studying the Word of God and experiencing spiritual change in my life. We subscribed Manmin News in English. I have distributed them to Christians in Sacramento, California and shared the blessings I received. We also gave Dr. Lee's books Heaven and Hell to prisoners. We feel proud of ourselves seeing them change through the books. We give thanks and glory to Father God and we also give thanks to the Lord, our bridegroom.

[The Power of God] Hearing Impairment

In celebration of the 24th anniversary of Manmin News, we will cover testimonies of those who have experienced the explosive power of the Holy Spirit by believing in Jesus Christ. In particular, we will introduce the believers who were healed of serious problems concerning their hearing. They lost hearing completely, but it was recovered to normal by the Power of Creation and they came to hear again. Hearing of a Deaf Couple Has Been Restored! Deacon Jonggon Kim and Deaconess Mideok Lim (Mission of The Deaf) Deaconess Mideok Lim (43 years old) fell down when she was eight. Due to the accident, her auditory nerves were damaged. She ended up losing her hearing completely and even suffered from memory loss. In 1993, she got married to Deacon Jonggon Kim (45 years old). He also suffered from hearing loss like her. In May 2001, she happened to see the leaflet publicizing 'Dr. Jaerock Lee's 9th Two-week Special Revival Meeting. Senior Deaconess Eunok Lee and Soondeok Park were also trying to evangelize her. They wrote a note saying, "Last year, thirteen deaf people came to hear through Dr. Lee's prayer in Nagoya Miracle Convention in Japan. They gave glory to God." In the end, she attended the Two-week Special Revival Meeting with her husband and in person witnessed deaf people regain hearing. The couple was soon convinced that their hearing would also be recovered to normal as well. They received Dr. Lee's prayer in the meeting, came home, and went to bed. That very night, amazing works took place. Her husband was awakened by the sound of the alarm which their children set! On May 17th, the last day of the revival meeting, Deaconess Mideok Lim received Dr. Lee's prayer. A few days later, she heard the sound of "shhhh" in her ears and she felt some waves of sound. She will never forget the day that was filled with happiness and joy. She even recovered her memory after attending Manmin Central Church. She is filled with a grateful heart to the Lord and has been volunteering for members of Mission of the Deaf. Welfare card of the first degree of hearing impairment 1. Before prayer 2. After prayer Doctor's comment on the case "Deaconess Mideok Lim had Pure Tone Audiometry. The test result shows that her right ear PTA was 117 dB and her left ear 120dB, which means that she could not hear at all before Dr. Lee's prayer. After the prayer, however, her right ear PTA came to be 80dB and her left ear PTA 88dB, which means that she came to be able to hear rather loud sounds. As a result, her command of a language has been greatly improved. Deacon Miseok Seo, doctor at the department of Family Medicine "I Came to Hear in Both Ears after 16 years of Suffering! Joy and Happiness Overflow in Me!" Sister Lagesi Wari (Chennai Manmin Church, 32 years old) I was born into a Muslim family. When I was 13, I fell down from a tree and had a head injury. Two years after, I lost hearing in my left ear because of the after-effects of the accident. After I got married, I lost hearing in my right ear as well. In the early June, 2010, I registered in Chennai Manmin Church being led by Brother Nisha. I was converted to Christianity and began to attend the church. I came to have peace in my heart witnessing God's powerful works and listening to the message preached there. I also came to have faith reading Dr. Jaerock Lee's book The Message of the Cross. Afterwards, I received Dr. Lee's prayer for the sick during Friday all-night service on July 2nd. After the first half of the service, I was going outside when all of a sudden I could hear the whistles of Brother Wijae! I was astounded and amazed. I could hear again! I just received the prayer far away from Korea. My hearing was recovered to normal through the prayer transcending space and time. I am filled with joy and happiness because I came to hear. I can communicate with others. I give all thanks and glory to God who regenerated my auditory nerves with the power of creation. "I Came to Hear out of My Right Ear in which I Completely Had Lost Hearing!" Sister Choonja Park (5-1 Women's mission, 71 years old) I suffered a middle ear inflammation in 2004. Moreover, my eardrum had ruptured, so I could not hear out of my right ear. When I began to attend Manmin Central Church two years ago, I met the living God and experienced His power that healed me of arthritis, high blood pressure, and stomachache. Afterwards, I laid my hands on my right ear and received Dr. Lee's prayer by faith whenever he prayed for the sick after the message. In the early March of 2011, I found out the wonderful works happened! Senior Deaconess Okjin Hwang gave me her earphone asking me to try listening to Dr. Lee's message in my right ear. At the moment when I put the earphone in my right ear, I could hear his voice. Hallelujah! Hearing in my left ear also got better than before. I have been distributing Manmin News to people around me with a grateful heart to the Lord who let me experience healing and powerful works as well as gave me blessings of salvation.

THE POWER OF GOD

In celebration of the 24th anniversary of Manmin News, we will cover testimonies of those who have experienced the explosive power of the Holy Spirit by believing in Jesus Christ. In particular, we will introduce the believers who were healed by faith of serious problems with their eyes. His power let the blind see and the poor eyesight, which was caused by a rare disease, recovered to normal. "I Had Lost Vision in My Right Eye, But Light Came into It and Now I Can See!" Brother Gunwui Park (The 12th Grade Mission of Sunday Students' School) Due to after-effects of cataract surgery that he underwent at the age of three, nineteen-year–old brother Gunwui Park was diagnosed with uveitis, which causes inflammation in the uvea surrounding his inner eyeball. He also had a detached retina which causes the layers of optic nerve to detach and causes the loss of eye sight. As a result, he even suffered from the symptoms of phtisis bulbi, a shrunken and non-functional eyeball. He ended up losing the sight of his left eye completely in 2006, and the sight of his right eye was becoming weak. However, in July of 2007, when he received Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer, light came into his left eye and then, he came to see with the eye. Moreover, the intraocular pressure went up after prayer from four to eighteen, which means that the size of his eyeball recovered and became normal. The vision of his right eye increased to 0.4 from 0.1 as well. * Doctor's medical opinion on the case "He could never have been healed with modern medical technology. He lost vision in his left eye. However, astounding works of God took place through prayer. The light of God's power came into his eye, and then dying cell organs gained power again and became regenerated. This healing case drew great interest in the fifth WCDN International Christian Medical Conference which was held in Norway and attended by 220 Christian doctors from 41 countries in May 2008. An ophthalmologist in attendance said, "It is truly God's miraculous works." -Deacon Brian Yeo, General Secretary of WCDN(World Christian Doctors Network) The ultrasound of his left eye 1. Before the prayer, his eyeball was shrunken. (07-18-2006) 2. After the prayer, his eyeball recovered to normal. (10-23-2007) "I was about To Lose My Eyesight, But Now I Can See Normally" Deaconess Youngmi Yu (Masan Manmin Church) In the middle of January, 2005, the vision of both of her eyes dramatically decreased. All things around her looked rough and ragged. Sometimes they even looked yellow. She also suffered from nausea and dizziness. Finally, she went to the hospital. "It is Harada disease. There is a lump in your eyes. That is why all things look so rough. If the lump gets bigger, it will cover your whole optic nerve. It could cause you to lose your sight." Doctors told her that it was impossible to cure the disease because the cause of the disease was unknown. However, she thought to herself, 'It is a great opportunity to give glory to God' and she gave thanks to God. She began to look back on her life and repented thinking of herself as the one who sometimes broke peace and passed judgment or condemnation on others. On February 4th, she visited Dr. Lee and received his prayer. After a few hours an amazing work took place. Her eyes became completely normal! Things did not look ragged and yellow any more. On February 14th, she retook the eye exam. The visual acuity of left and right eyes had been 0.8 and 0.25 respectively, but it became 1.0/1.0. The vision assessment taken on March 5th shows that her vision is 1.2/1.2. 1. Before prayer (Left) 2. After prayer (Right) * The lump in her eyes completely disappeared. "I was Healed of Amblyopia Ex Anopsia, and Now My Eyesight is 1.2/1.5" Sister Hyunjoo Baek (Daejeon Manmin Church) Sister Hyunjoo Baek was found to have significantly lost visual acuity when she was in the 4th grade of the elementary school. Her parents were shocked and took her to a hospital. She was diagnosed with amblyopia ex anopsia. They were said that even if she underwent surgery, her eyesight would be just 0.2. They gave up on the surgery and had her wear compressed glasses. What makes matters worse; the vision of her right eye fell to 0.6. When she arrived at the age of puberty, she was troubled. She just watched many soap operas on TV and shopped online to escape from reality, but it did not work. However, she decided to start over feeling the love of her family. She began to try her best to live righteously in the sight of God. She received God's grace through His Word and over time she changed herself. On October 28th, 2009, Daejeon Manmin church held the 'Fullness of the Holy Spirit Divine Healing Meeting' with Pastor Heesun Lee. When she received handkerchief prayer from Pastor Lee, she felt that her feelings that had been hurt by others disappeared with her tears. When she opened her eyes, she could see the letters on a placard before her. She was overwhelmed with gratefulness. She collapsed and cried on the floor. On November 7th, her eye vision is 1.2 / 1.2. Her doctor said, "It is just impossible medically. I cannot help but admit that it is a miracle." On November 13th, after receiving Dr. Lee's prayer, she was completely healed of astigmatism and headache. In April of this year, the test result showed that her eyesight is 1.2/1.5.

I am Waiting for the Lord's Day When I Take My Parents to Church!

Elder-Elect Heeseok Seo (3-28th Parish, 2-4 Men's Mission) Three generations of the family gathered together after Sunday morning service. (From the right, Elder-elect Heeseok Seo; Brother Jeongho Seo, his father, who was healed of the after affects of a stroke; Deaconess Bokhee Ryu, his mother who was healed of arthritis and gastritis; Deaconess Geumsoon Lee, his wife; and Brother Kiwon Seo and Bowon Seo, his sons. I yearned for the heavenly kingdom more and more over time, but I had a problem which had yet to be solved; my parents had not yet been evangelized. My parents put their best efforts into raising us and I was eager to evangelize them. I wanted them to enter Heaven and enjoy eternal and happy lives there. That was my earnest hope. I prayed fervently for their salvation. My wife served them as well as she served her own parents. We often visited them. My father was quite stubborn. He said, "Just mind your own Christian lives and leave us be!" We served my mother, who was less stubborn, with all our hearts and minds to lead her to our church. She finally started to attend the church in 2005. She lives in Seongnam, Gyeong-gi Do which is very far from the church. But with a thankful heart, I picked her up to help her attend church every week. She was even healed of her arthritis and gastritis completely through Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. Afterwards, she has never complained that it is far, but attended church with happiness. Nevertheless, I always thought of my father. I decided to act like my father's hands or feet. I took him wherever he wanted to go for either business or any other reason. Although I was very busy running a trading company which designs, manufactures, and distributes model trains, I was happy just being with him. In the meantime, I had a dream in September, 2009. In the dream, I received a call from my friend saying my father passed away. I went home in a hurry. When I saw him, his face turned pale and black. I thought to myself, 'He has not accepted the Lord. It could never have happened.' I implored God holding my dead father saying, "Father God! Please let him go to Heaven by accepting the Lord as his Savior." Then, his face gained color again. It was a dream. After the dream, I visited him and talked to him about it. My father did not ignore his son's eagerness to evangelize him any longer. Now, I am waiting for Sunday morning because I can take both my parents to church. I give all thanks and glory to God who gave us such a great blessing!

Brother Soobin Ryu (the 3rd grade in Seoul Technical High School) After realizing the love of the Lord, Brother Soobin Ryu (left) changed. He was with his father, Brother Yoonjong Ryu (right) and his mother, Senior Deaconess Guemhwa Lee (center). "Phew, it was just a dream. Lord! I am so sorry. Please forgive me." On March 10th, I had a very serious dream. It was so vivid. In the dream, the rainbow-colored light appeared in the sky. All of sudden, people ascended looking up into the sky with their hands raised and with shouts of joy. My parents were there, too. Though I called out to my mother with loud voice, she only looked at the sky with a smile on her face. I started to pray. When I opened my eyes, I was in the sanctuary. I could see myself on the earth even after the Second Advent of the Lord in the air. I saw many people. Some of them prayed, some wept, and some looked like they gave up everything. Among them was my friend who attended another church. He seemed like he did not know why he was left on the earth. At that moment, I was making up my mind to receive shameful salvation by refusing to be given a mark, the number of the beast, the six hundred and sixty-six and dying a martyr in my dream. After I woke up from the dream, tears welled up from my eyes. I had led a Christian life with which I could not receive salvation. I knelt down before God and offered up the prayer of repentance to God with tears. I attended church, but was not a true Christian. I was addicted to online gaming. As soon as I came home from school, I played the game. I enjoyed it all day except for the time when I had a meal. I even played it right after I got out of bed. I enjoyed it six to seven hours a day during the school term and twelve to fourteen hours a day during vacation. I also enjoyed watching pornography. I liked it less than game, but it was absolutely wrong before God. I felt so sorry before God and thought I could not receive salvation with such behavior. I totally changed after the prayer of thorough repentance with tears. The very next day after the dream, I attended Daniel prayer meeting. On the following day, I deleted all the games and pornography from my computer. I made the files of praise songs and Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermons easy to access. I even began to attend the Mini Divine Healing Meeting with Dr. Lee after Sunday evening service. His love touched my heart. Seeing him urge students not to be stained with the pleasures of the world where sin and evil are rampant and not to commit sins moved me. He also tried his best to help us not only in spiritual ways, but financial ways by offering scholarships to many of us students. Afterwards, I came to long for all kinds of services. It was a totally different life from the past when I thought, 'How can I live without TV and my computer?' I have tasted eternal joy which cannot be compared to those things. My attitude toward my parents changed as well. My parents are very happy seeing me change. I came to be excited about study and told my friends about the love of the Lord. I give thanks to the Lord who waited for me with patience and gives me the grace to lead a happy Christian life.

Deaconess Seonhwa Lee (14-2 Parish, 1-4 Women's mission) "I came to know how important it is to love our children, encourage them, and help them feel the love of the Lord when we parents educate them." I was amazed seeing my son behave differently "Do not shake your head, son. What's wrong with you?" My son is in the fifth grade of elementary school. In early March he began to shake his head. At first, I just thought that he shook his head because he cared about his hair style being just like his friends. However, he kept doing it more and more often. When studying, watching TV, and even talking to me, he shook his head. I asked him why he shook his head, but the answer was different every time. He shook his head even when he answered 'yes' to my question. It was hard for me to understand what he really meant. I had to ask him again whether his answer was yes or no. His private tutor also spoke of her difficulties in teaching him because of his head shaking habit. On March 16th, there was a parents' meeting in his school. Talking to his teacher, I heard in detail about the seriousness of his head shaking habit. I came to know that my son suffered from the phenomena known as 'motor tics'. I had conversation with my husband on that matter. However, we could not decide whether to have him undergo psychotherapy or not. In the end, we decided to commit the problem to God and prayed with tears during Daniel prayer meeting. I could pray with faith because we had already experienced God's powerful works when my son was healed of atopic dermatitis. I realized that it was entirely my fault and thoroughly repented In fact, I had studied elementary children's education in college. I knew many things about children's education and I was also eager to teach my son well. I sometimes spanked him when he acted up with stubbornness, thinking that I had to help him form good habits. I wanted many things for him, but I did it without consideration of his disposition. I wanted him to study well, worship God during service in a good manner, pray fervently, demonstrate leadership, and build what I considered to be a good social network with his friends in school. However, he was a timid and shy boy. When his friends made fun of him, he did not know how to deal with them properly. This is because he had been taught not to strike another person or fight with others. However, I did not teach him how to love and understand them. Whenever I saw weaknesses in him, I scolded him with harsh words. Although I spanked him less over time, my son regarded me as one whom he loved the most and he was most afraid of at the same time. My way of educating him made him feel timid. He tried to read my face and even lied to me. In addition to all this he was having difficulties in adapting to the new surroundings in the new school term. I thoroughly repented looking back on my past ways of teaching which had forced him to do many things due to my uncontrolled emotions. I could not help but to shed tears thinking of his pain and affliction caused by my personality. I realized that the cause of the problem was not in him, but in me. I started to try my best to be on his side and encourage him rather than to care about what others around me thought. By doing so, I came to have a better relationship with my son. However, he was still suffering from motor tics. My family received Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer during Mini Divine Healing Meeting On March 20th, after Sunday evening service, the whole family attended the Mini Divine Healing Meeting with Dr. Jaerock Lee. After listening to his message I received his prayer with God's grace. Unconsciously I laid my hands on my son's head. Afterwards, we prayed at Daniel prayer meeting and went home. The next day when he came home after school, I started to watch him closely. I noticed that he did not shake his head anymore! After he had studied with his private tutor, I asked his tutor if he had shaken his head. She said that he hadn't. His homeroom teacher also wrote in his journal, 'He no longer shakes his head!' In other words, he became perfectly normal through Dr. Lee's prayer during Mini Divine Healing Meeting. He became able to concentrate on his studies better than ever before and gained patience. He appears no longer to be annoyed. He used to hate going to private school lessons but now he goes to learn mathematics. His grades are improving. Through this, I realized that the most important thing in the children's education is for the parents to help their children feel the love of the Lord. I give thanks to Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee who has nurtured us with the Word of God and prayer and let us experience the works of the Holy Spirit. I thank the Lord who is praying for us and solved our problems in spirit and flesh. I give all thanks and glory to Father God.

I give all thanks and glory to God who has led me all the time." "~ Before my daddy goes to work, I give him a kiss on his cheek. Po Po Po.~" This is the theme song of MBC TV programming for kids, 'Po Po Po' on which I appeared a long time ago. With the help of my elder sisters I became an actor at the age of 25. All my five sisters had high profiles as actresses of the Korea Women's National Musical Company. In particular, my fourth sister, Mrs. Geumaeng Jo, is recognized as the last living Grand Master of the Korea Women's National Musical. I met the Lord through the voice saying "hold My hands" in a car accident In 1973, I started to receive attention from people when I appeared with a shaven head in the movie called 'General in Red Armor'. Afterwards, I played as an extra and became a supporting actor. Because I held black belts in judo, taekwondo, and hapkido, and won the second place in a body building competition, I was responsible for teaching actors martial arts and even performed in action scenes. I appeared playing mainly action scenes in about 200 movies including 'Shaolin VS. Terminator' and 'Super Hong Kil-Dong.' I also won popularity from people through my comical acting in programs like 'Po Po Po' of MBV TV and 'Young-Gu! Young-Gu!' In January, 1987 when it snowed heavily, I met the Lord. I was driving with my daughter to drop her off at school where she would take the practical performance test for college entrance. At the very moment when I turned my car on the icy road to pass a toll gate toward Gyeonggi Do, a car behind mine strongly ran into my car. I felt my car bounce and move beyond the safety fence. At the moment, I heard a voice saying "hold my hands" and saw white hands coming to me all of sudden. I was so surprised. As soon as I held them, the car stopped. It was such a frightening moment because there was the 5m vertical drop beyond the safety fence. My spiritual eyes opened and the fire of the Holy Spirit came upon me I came to attend church after the accident. However, I still had greed for worldly things as an actor. I faced several more car accidents because I would not keep the Sabbath holy and could not be under the protection of God, either. Afterwards, I tried my best to attend Sunday worship services. Nevertheless, I could not choose a church where I would keep attending. I was very happy when I did volunteer works in many kinds of volunteer organizations like the Disabled Association. Meantime, in May 2010, led by an acquaintance, I came to visit Manmin Central Church. I can never forget the day when I attended the service of the church for the first time. God opened my spiritual eyes and allowed me to experience His grace. On that day, Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee on the altar looked 1.9 meters tall to me and strong light came from him. Moreover, I was so astounded when Dr. Jaerock Lee introduced me to the believers, because I saw tens of thousands of the congregation there. After the service, I was amazed again seeing Dr. Lee from up close. He is almost 70, but he looked much younger than he is. His upright, dignified, modest, and gentle attitude touched my heart all the more. After talking to him, I could not help but to kneel down before him and ask him to lay his hands on me and pray. At the moment of prayer, the fire of the Holy Spirit came into me. I became a born-again Christian in Manmin Central Church I came to long for the following Lord's Day. During the service, Dr. Lee talked about what Jesus wrote on the ground when He forgave a woman caught in adultery and the spiritual meaning embedded in the incident. I was filled with amazement listening to the spiritual message such that I had never heard during my 23-year Christian life. I decided to put down roots in Manmin Central Church for the rest of my life. I registered as a member of the church in May 23rd, 2010. I realized that we Christians have to place priority on accomplishing the heart of the Lord. Since I came to know the importance of prayer, I have attended Daniel Prayer Meeting held in the church every night. How grateful I am for it! I pray with tears of repentance and gratefulness while looking back on my past life. After registering as a member of Manmin Central Church, I have experienced the love of the Lord very often. During the 2010 Summer Retreat, I tasted the existence of the spiritual realm through dragonflies. They sat on my head and hands as well as on those of brothers and sisters. They did not even depart from us. Thanks to the dragonflies which God sent us, I could not see any mosquitoes or moths in the place. They were very blissful moments. My wife came to attend our church and my daughter met God the Healer One of blessings that I have received is that my wife, who had been lost in a spiritual sense, has attended Manmin Central Church since this past October when the church had its 28th Church Anniversary Celebration Service. My daughter not only came to attend the church the following week, but after receiving Dr. Lee's prayer, she was healed of Meniere's Syndrome and otolithiasis which she had suffered from without taking medication. I have enjoyed good health since I started to attend our church. I have changed my way of speaking and behavior pattern. I even feel like staying in the church because all things in this church let me feel the love of the Lord which is seen in the believers who treat me with nice and warm hearts; Dr. Lee, who delivers messages boldly with tears; the love for souls; the goodness, and the performance teams that help us picture the beautiful heavenly kingdom. I had roles offered to me in three dramas which have 20, 50, and 100 episodes respectively. I am scheduled to film a TV commercial. On April 9th, I appeared on 'Life Story' of i-TV FM. I Give Thanks to God the Ebenezer Who Has Guided Me with Delicate Love

Pastor Shinhyun Moon (14-2 Parish Leader) Reading Manmin News and listening to the Lectures on Genesis In the spring of 2004, I ministered to a church in Daejeon, Chungnam Province. After visiting my church members, on my way home I saw Manmin News at the entrance of my apartment. Reading it, I could not help but to be astounded by powerful works which had healed fatal diseases. I thought to myself, 'The church clearly shows the power of God. Why do people get such a wrong impression of this church?' I wanted to know the reason and looked up more information on the church's website (www.manmin.org). I looked it all thoroughly, but I found that there was no significant difference from other churches. I even received grace through the contents on the website and started to become interested in the church more than before. In the meantime, I listened to Dr. Jaerock Lee's lecture on Genesis. I began to be fascinated by his spiritual lecture which clearly explained amazing mysteries embedded in God's creation. While listening to the explanation on 'God the Origin', 'the Garden of Eden', 'The Reason Why God Placed the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil', 'Pyramids', and 'Dinosaurs' I came to look up to Dr. Lee even though I had never seen him before. I was overwhelmed with amazement seeing visual data such as rainbows, Muan Sweet Water, handkerchiefs of power, and movement of stars. The grace and emotion led me to the spiritual realm which I would never have known. It was such a blessing that I had the opportunity to know the core of Truth. Experiencing healing works and trying hard to put on the armor of God's Word In the autumn of 2004, I was hospitalized because of severe pain in my stomach. I was diagnosed as having a kidney stone. The pain was relieved by primary care, but I suffered from the pain again and again every two or three weeks. One day, serious pain came to me while I was behind the wheel. I collapsed in the car and prayed. At that time, Dr. Lee's face came to my mind. His message traveled straight to my heart. He said that we only have to rely on God if we truly have spiritual faith. It was a shame that I had not trusted God and followed the worldly methods even though I was a pastor. I prayed crying out in desperate agony. "Father God! I will never again seek medical care. I love Dr. Jaerock Lee even though I have never seen him in person. Please heal me of my disease." To my surprise, the pain disappeared after the prayer. The stone in my kidney came out through urination 2 days later. I have enjoyed a healthy life since. From then on, I came to long for Dr. Lee and Manmin Central Church more than ever. I visited the church to buy Dr. Lee's books such as The Message of the Cross, Heaven I & II, and Hell and his sermon tapes entitled 'The Measure of Faith', 'The World of Evil Spirits'. I started to read and study them. I was filled with grace and emotion listening to the messages. I had been in a thirst which could not be satisfied by anything while doing my ministry, but the message satisfied the thirst and filled me with new strength. I thoroughly repented that I had lacked a sense of duty as a servant of the Lord I graduated from Yonsei University and studied business administration. In February 1978, I joined the army as an officer through ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps). I had to leave the army because of a tubercular lymphadenitis. At the moment, I looked back on my life filled with worldly things even though I was born in a Christian family. I repented and held on to God. He led me to fast and pray for 7 days. During my prayer, God moved my heart urging me to become a servant of the Lord. However, it was not easy to take the road as a servant of the Lord because I had been quite ambitious. But my disease still troubled me a lot, so I confessed to God that 'if you heal me and let me experience the fire of the Holy Spirit, I will be a servant of the Lord'. I gave Him 3-day vowed fasting. On the very next day, I received the fire of the Holy Spirit and was cured during my prayer. I even saw the light coming down from above. I finally decided to become a servant of the Lord with joy. I conducted quite a successful ministry and ministered to a big church where thousands of members attended. I had, however, difficulties in my ministry because I lacked strength in terms of prayer and the Word of God. I even did not have clear sense of duty. In the end, when an acquaintance said that he would help me become a professor in a university, I accepted his suggestion. In May 2005, I ended up resigning as a presiding pastor. However, it turned out to be hard to become a professor. Afterwards, I could lead a rather free Christian life for 2 years in Seoul. I attended Sunday evening service, Daniel prayer meeting, and Friday all-night service of Manmin Central Church. In March of 2008, I registered as a member. While listening to Dr. Lee's sermon through Internet, I heard that there is a possibility to go to Hell if we did not fulfill our duties. I repented of my past life as a servant of the Lord with tears. I wanted to become a servant of the Lord of Manmin Central Church which was filled with power, love, and peace like the early churches. After participating in MMTC program and working as a short-term missionary in Kenya I felt like God tested my heart. One day, I was asked to minister to another church with good conditions of benefit. I also received a call telling me they wanted a pastor who majored in business administration. However, I was not swayed by such things because I had longed to spread the truth in genuine and active ways. In May 2009, I joined the 19th vision trip to Russia and Finland which was a program of MMTC (Manmin Missionary Training Center). On October 25th, I was commissioned to Nairobi, Kenya and trained as a short-term missionary for 11 months. I could feel the power of the holiness gospel and see God's powerful works in such a faraway country. I also realized that I should follow spiritual order, obey it, and demolish fleshly thoughts. In 2011, I received God-given duty as a parish leader of the 14-2 parish. I feel like I am in a dream. It is a miracle and blessing in my life. I give thanks to God with tears. Today I am very happy taking care of members of my parish, and today I am running this true race and praying to become a servant who the Lord really wants. Along with local pastors in Côte D'Ivoire

My Lord Paid Me Back More Than What I Did

Brother Daeyoung Park (Senior, Department of Media Engineering, Seoul National University of Science and Technology) It happened in 2006, in the year when I entered college. Whenever I attended the worship services, my heart became filled with the gratitude for the grace and love of the Lord who saved me from my sins. I thought what I could do to repay His grace, but because I had no specialized talent I made up mind to serve the college mission as a volunteer. Afterwards I was appointed as the leader of the department of volunteer of the college mission and my heart was so happy with that. When I volunteered with faith and joy obeying the guidance of the Holy Spirit Meantime most of the members of the department of volunteer went to military service and I often had to do volunteering works alone. In March of 2007, I applied for a leave of absence from my college and got a part-time job. In that situation I was afraid I would not be able to return to my college because of a great amount of debt in my family. I prayed to God saying, "God, I've been burdened with many things. What shall I do with my God-given duty?" Afterwards I heard a voice of spirit that came from within me, saying to me, "Count the hour of your volunteering work with hourly wage for your part-time job." I began to think an hour of volunteer is worth $100,000 and believed God pays back His children according to what they have sowed and done. Through such a thought and work, I came to realize how significant volunteer for the kingdom of God is. I harbored the value of volunteering for God's works and the following year I took charge of the leader of the department of volunteer of the college mission. In September of 2008, I returned to my college with the money I had saved through my part-time job. As soon as I began to study at the college again, I prayed to receive the scholarship because my family was poor. I studied very hard and at the next semester I received the scholarship as much as the half of the tuition fee. And the other half was supported by one of my relatives. I still needed a budget for additional expenses including textbooks and transportation fees. I discussed it with my mother and asked her if I might apply for financial support from the church. She told me, "You owe what you are to the grace of the Lord, so I think you should support the church." I immediately changed my mind and began to study much harder. In the meantime one of my seniors came to me and handed over major textbooks to me for that very semester and the next semester. The books were of great help to me because he was an excellent student and he footnoted many effective things on the books. At last I received the full scholarship from my college In 2009 the main flow of the church was 'prosperity.' I also wanted to receive blessing and prosper in my study. But I knew one thing that was yet to be solved in my heart. It was to rid my mind of adulterous thoughts. Jesus said in Matthew 5:28, "I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." In order to get rid of such an adulterous mind, I struggled with myself not to look at women while walking on the street. Through such an effort and struggle, I felt lustful mind had left me. In addition, I found all lingering attachments to the world had been thrown away. Naturally I could spend the remnant time on studying hard and leading a successful believing life. I didn't cease praying: even during the week of examination I attended Daniel Prayer Meeting and then returned to my college for more study. I studied very hard, even to the point of having nosebleeds, but my heart was full of thanks for the grace of the Lord. By the help of the Lord and prayers of Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee, I could receive the full scholarships always during the 4 semesters in 2009 and in 2010. Furthermore, I was chosen to help my professor with a new project and supported with research fund. And during the progress of the project I was financially supported to write research paper. The total amount of all the scholarships and research funds I'd received was $7,000 more than all the tuition fees I'd paid. Since the May of 2010, I have been participating in the project of Smart Phone Application along with fellow college students from Yonsei University and Sejong University. And in the November of 2010, I attended the visual media contest "Universal King of Challenges Contest" hosted and sponsored by Olleh KT (Korea Telecom) and my team won the first place at the competition. The prize money was $10,000. In the future I wish to be a partaker in the church ministry through mobile services. I give thanks and love to my Lord who has always paid back me with more than what I've done for Him.

Gastritis Was Healed, Wrong Frameworks of Thoughts Were Broken!

Senior Deaconess Geumi Ryu (5-1 Women's Mission, Parish 1-2) In 1991, I had been healed of gastric ulcer, arthritis, heart disease, and herniated lumbar disc by the power of God through Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. In 2009 I began to suffer from gastritis and in the following year it went worse. The doctor advised me to abstain from drinking coffee and eating salty and spicy food, but it was not easy for me to follow his advice because of my old habit. Gastritis worsened exceedingly and I couldn't digest meal properly I had eaten for dinner until the next lunch. I continued belching and lost appetite. In the March of 2011, with a great expectation and belief for the healing of God, I began to attend the 2011 Two-term Consecutive Daniel Prayer Meeting. In my prayer I first sought the kingdom and righteousness of God and then asked for my healing. I earnestly prayed for my self-righteousness and wrong frameworks of my thoughts to be shattered into pieces and attended morning divine healing meetings held in Manmin Prayer Center. On March 22, when I was praying at the divine healing meeting, Ms. Boknim Lee, President of Manmin Prayer Center laid her hand on my shoulder and I felt something cool in my heart by the work of the Holy Spirit. After that I felt hunger again, and began to eat every meal. Three days later I received the prayer from Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee and regained appetite. Now I digest every kind of food well including Korean sticky cake, and all the symptoms of gastritis disappeared. Hallelujah!
